Well there's a lot of talk about the head of one world government being You-Know-Who...Mr Uber-Antichrist...so that'd take up a fair bit of time, you know...
Things to do today:
Put out laundry
Quell rebellion in Khazakstan
Feed cat
Make war upon the lamb and all his armies...check.

Seriously, any one world government could probably only be enforced by armed control or general economic benefit. So the president would spend most of his or her time in committees, trying to get economic redevelopment packages agreed between member-nations, deploying forces to stop everyone trying to kill each other and signing more bills than can comfortably be conceived.

Interesting question though.

If it were the New Babylon, and I were the President, I would take the big responsibility of all the pretty women in the town. "Now come along, you KNOW you are pretty, just PROVE it to me, willya?"

I would never be the president of one world government.

One world government would eliminate so many human rights that it would be very bad.
