Ok, this morning my dog had diareah all over the floor and then this afternoon he did it again! He usually asks to go outside and he didnt! I didn't find any scraps of food or wrappers anywhere, so I dont think he got into anything in the house- but maybe outside! What should I do! My mom will probly just say- he don't need to go to the vet! Please help!

I'm looking for a place to work my dog in the winter, preferably indoors. I've been trying to train her with the disc, but this proves to be difficult in the winter when snow and ice make the ground almost impossible to be active on. Are there special shoes I can purchase to help me with this?

There is also the issue that she has an old injury in her back leg that flares with inactivity for long periods of time, and the stress that practicing on the snow gives it.

Any ideas for where I can find a place that will rent a large room to me for an hour or so once a day? I've considered asking some local dog training centers, and possibly a school (school gym), but would be interested in hearing other takes on this situation. Any advice would be very much appreciated! Thank you!

it has orange things on it' ears lines a lighter belly adn darker top i got it at the beach they sell them everywhere down there its shell was like 1 inch long or smaller when i got it..its like 1 1/4 inches now.....and my boyfriends freind has had one for 8 years and it shell is probally 6-9 inches long......? what is it?

so my cat keeps going in to heat . sometimes it will last a day some times it will last a week but everymonth she goes into heat at least 3 times.. i thought cat go in to heat only 1 or 2 times a year.. when she is in heat is it normal for her to hit on my husban and son lol i know that sounds funny but she only likes them when she is in heat and she does not come around me to much when she is .. when she is in heat my husban will purr at her and she goes crazy rolling on the floor and sticking her butt up in the air like she whats him to stick it to her.... what should i do.. i dont want to get her fixed either.

More details: My cat doesn't use a litter box anymore, and has always gone outside on his own when he needs to go to the bathroom. Now that I have been closing the window at night, Jack the Cat is either stuck inside, or I don't want him stuck outside in the winter cold without a way in. I am not always around to let him in/out, but this was never a problem until the racoons discovered the dry cat food & water source in my house by coming in the cat door. For the first time, last night I was not home, and Jack was stuck in the house without a way out, and he had an accident on the carpet. He is an 8yr old cat, and never had this problem before, and it is only because I was not there to open the cat door for him. I'm thinking about putting a litter box back in, just for these occasions, but I can not be held captive to these raccoons for the rest of our lives! Any advice????

My 6 month old lab has lots of energy now and i can only imagine what it will be like when she's full grown. I take her to the dog park three times a week, but on days she doesn't go it's harder to tire her out. Eventually i wanna train her to run by my bike. Has anyone done this? I've also heard of attachments you can get for your bike so the dog can't cut in front of you.

My fish tank filter killed my three fish in 5 weeks. I cleaned the filter or replaced it every 2 weeks like it said. They still died. I did not feed them too much or too little. I even left the conditioner for the water in as long as it said and the right amount of it too. I did every thing right. When I took the fiter out it was really slimmy and stuff. It sucked up all of the food. It would not filter the water for long because it would get clogged to fast.

its crazy annoying how my dog pulls on her leash whenever i walk her! it makes me not want to walk her. anywho, shes a one year old and a SHE, shes spayed and shell be two in august.
sometimes, when she pulls very hard i pull hard back but it gets very tiring to remember to pull back EVERY single time she pulls.
is there any way i can make her know that if she stops pulling at me id walk her longer distances and more often????any advice would be greatly appreciated!please and thank you

I have recently recieved a 55 gal. fish tank for Christmas, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what fish I should throw in there. I do not however want to overpopulate it, and I am looking for colorful freshwater fish. I also want the fish to be either good community or semi-aggressive-- no killers!

P.S.: I was also looking to get atleast 1-2 gouramis in there, is there any other species of that fish besides the Dwarf Gourami? Thanks.

I have two small dogs that I need to find a home. One is a dachshund, and the other is a chihuahua mix. We also own an apbt. All of the dogs are female, and they fight constantly. It usually starts with the dachshund instigating the fight, and the apbt getting severly agrivated with her. The fights have never been bad enough to the point where anyone gets seriously hurt, but I want to seperate them before it goes that far. Besides, it's not good for the dogs to be stressed out all the time. Of course, we love all our dogs, and want to find them good homes. None of our local shelters are no kill shelters, so that's out of the question. I took some pictures of them with the digital camra, and made a flyer to put up at our vet and local Petsmart bulletin. Does anyone else have any ideas? Thanks...

I have a 20 week Blue Heeler male dog. He is fine with my two other dogs and my family, he doesnt like other dogs and chases them and isnt too good meeting new people, I know this is in their breeding but he is also very destructive. I own 10 horses and if I take him down yard he trys to herd and chase them, this needs to stop for obvious reasons, how do i train this type of dog?

Every night after about 6 hours our one dog that is just over a year old black lab mix starts whinning and pawing at the door and won't stop until one of us get up. After I get up he get really excited for a couple of minutes then curls up and goes back to sleep. But by that time I'm usually awake. If we try to ignore him he just gets louder. Our 9 month old bengal Sabre has a really runny nose, and his eyes are sealed shut by like a kindo goo.. he sneezes and has a wheeze.

the exotic vet lives about 100 miles away and will come in a few days.. but I really wanted to know what it was..
