I don't own a pet any longer & I just moved. I thought I could get rid of them (these damn fleas)! I was soooo wrong! I fogged my room, vacumed everything & washed my bedding in hot water twice! My blood must be wonderful because they only bit me! What step should I take next? I really can't stand getting bit every night!! HELP!

I gave my horse peanut butter once and my dog too I almost peed myself I could not stop laughing!!!

P.S. It's also a good way to give them medicine, crush the pills orr add the liquid and they can't spit it out.

After the incident I gave her a good bath to wash off all of the blood. She acted no differently in the evening. She is part Jack Russell part Llaso Apso so this is her Jack Russell nature. She is three years old and has never done this before, and I want to make sure I do everything I am supposed to do for her continued good health.

If your pet cow broke its leg, would you send it to slaughter or spend an outragious amount of money to get it fixed? Remember, this cow is your baby.

This didn't happen to my cow, but I was just wondering...

So my husband and I, like most people on our block, put out our garbage the night before. When the garbage goes out, it is always in a container. We live in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street in a medium sized city. Well I woke yesterday morning I woke early and found half of our garbage spread across the lawn. Luckily, I guess, the garbage man hadn’t come yet. An animal had gotten down into our garbage can and destroyed all the bags inside. I’m not sure if it ate the half eat’n bits of food or not, but I found that it loved the Arby’s bag, it tore threw the box of fries, no fries mind you. It ate the horseradish and bbq sauce. It didn’t touch the blood packet for the chicken though, which my cats try and get and have once succeeded (not a good thing, this I know). It also ate the last remaining bits of cat food left in the cat food cans. None of this is huge, I went and cleaned it up and we’ve decided from now on that we will use the lids to the garbage cans, but the question is. Which do you think it was a Raccoon or a Stray cat? Now I don’t know if it makes a difference, but we have three cats and all of their ‘deposits’ were in the garbage. Just curious as to which you all think it was? That, and do you think it will try and get into the cans again, even with lids on. Since it had successfully gotten in already and had a ‘fantastic’ meal? Thanks!

Today I caught my dog eatting off my dinner plate while i was in another room. Normally when he misbehaves I'm usually quick to slap him around the face area. I have never seen this as animal abuse since I'm only disfusing the situation. I caught a glimpse of this animal police show and now i'm wondering if slapping him is wrong. Would maybe a belt or cord be better?

horses can be ridden and need food and a nice medow filled with flowers and patches of grass.
Female cows must be milked every morning and need food and a feild with flowers and grass.

And for both you must take out all poisonuis plants so your horse or cow will not get sick.

Hi, we are three 21 year old guys going to live in the City of London. We are wondering what pet - if any - would suit our lifestyle. We will be living in a flat, and all working similar hours during weekdays, so there may not be anyone in from morning till early evening. Any suggestions?

on saturday afternoon, my bunny went to the vet as we noticed she was getting quite sick.
She a large build up of gunk in her tear ducts and she is finding it hard to keep her eyes open. Her nose is running and she is wheezing.
She has been on 0.7mls of anti-biotics tiwce a day for 3 days, and nothing really has happened.
I also noticed that she has been bleeding from 'down there' i'm not sure if she is just menstruating of if she has some sort of internal/external bleeding.
She is still eating, but very little and her poops are quite small.
Any tips on what i can do before tomorrow when i go to the vet again?

My cat died in the middle of winter and I couldn't bury it. So some friends told me to wrap her up and put her in my freezer and bury her in the spring. Well I forgot all about her. She has been in there for a 1 1/2 and I just found her. Anyone else have done something similar?

I am moving into a new house soon and the previous owner had 2 dogs, 5 or so cats, a rabbit and some reptile.

The yard is covered in feces! I plan on raking it up and cleaning it all up but I am worried about any bacteria or diseases that might be present or remaining in the soil after the cleanup. I will be having grandkids over very frequently and I am worried about them playing in the yard.

Would tilling the yard help? Do I need to take any necessary steps to prevent the spread of bacteria, diseases, and other icky stuff?
