Can animals get drunk? If so, what do they act like and have any of you ever had a drunk pet?

What do you recommend using to treat ear mites in cats? And can the same thing be used to treat my dogs' ears? I'd prefer a homeopathic remedy... if it is an affective remedy. Otherwise, I'll get something from my vet. I've found a couple homeopathic remedies online. But I'd like to hear about personal experience, "testimonials."

Thanks.
Here are the ones I am considering:

Are you the type of person who would report animal abuse if you saw it or do you rather not get involved?

Hello! Do you think that a guinea pig or a bunny rabbit would make a more enjoyable pet? Do you have any reasons?

Tell me about how you lost your pet and found it again, or about how your pet came into your life because you found it (or how you reunited it with its owner).

Someone answered a recent question of mine in Pets/Dogs section and justified his answer by saying that dogs were LIVESTOCK & PROPERTY.
Is this a cultural difference between the US and the UK?

why do so many dog owners insist on feeding their dogs human food? are they just retarded or intent on killing their animals??

heres SOME (not all) foods that can kill your dog-
chocolate, milk, ALL stone fruit, most nuts (inlcuding almonds!), mushrooms, caffiene, tomatoes, grapes/raisins, anything high in sugar, anything high in fat (including strips of fat from meat), onions, garlic, baby food, yeast dough and pretty much every human junk food available, cooked bones....

heres some that can cause deficiencies or make them very sick -
raw eggs, raw fish, salty foods, potato and root vegetables, cooked meat (more specifically, bbqed or grilled).

feed your dog dry dog food, large raw bones and lean raw (or boiled with the fat skimmed off) meat - its really not a difficult concept ... its not rocket science!

why would you risk feeding it human food at all when you never, ever have to???

I do 110%!!! Has anybody ever watched Animal Cops or Animal Precinct on Animal Planet? I used to, but it was WAY too sad. It's TERRIBLE how mean some people are to animals! Don't you agree?

I want a little pet for my 5 year old son who loves animals. He is very caring and is not afraid to be 'hands on' with them at all. I want something a little better than a goldfish, so I thought about a hamster because this can be kept in his room - what do you think ?

I tried to look up average salaries online...but they are all really varied. For example some places say that vet-techs make 30-40,000 a year and a head vet makes 40-50,000 a year. That's not really that much different.... If that's the case I might as well do what I planned to do from the beginning and that was to be a vet tech.....I don't think I would be able to pay off loans if I decide to be a veterinarian.....
