I would suggest a guinnea pig because you can keep it in the house in a cage and it won't hurt anything. If you get a bunny and it hops out they like to chew on things like electrical cords. I don't think they are as cuddlely and content as a guinnea pig. My daughter has had several g. pigs over the years and one bunny.

They are very cute animals, and you are likely going to enjoy your times with them. But you must take a good care of rabbits, because they are prone to illness. A simple food poisoning can kill a rabbit. I don't know about guinea pigs, you should ask an expert. They can give birth to many babies at once, so get prepared to be a grandparent!

Well, they both make messes, and you have to clean out the cages every day.
Do you live in a warm climate(even in the winter)? If so, I would sugest a rabbit, if not(and you do not mind pine litter)guinea pig.

i think a guniea pig because I, myself, have a rabbit and it's too big and it wastes all it's food and it gets so lazy that you can't walk it after a while. Also, when they get lazy, and you try to pick it up, even if it doesn't bit, it still scratches and bites your arm.

It really just depends on which appeals more to you. Both make good pets and require about the same amount of care. You will fall in love with either one. Just go for it.
