I know the basics, rats!!, food dish, hammock, feeding bowl, ladder, rope across the top of the cage, but should i put anyting alse in their to keep them occupied?

Why do I keep finding several people on here that know nothing about fish? Why do they keep having to ask us? Haven't any of them heard of researching their problems??? Try asking someone at Petco or Petsmart

I own a ton of horses on this game and I ran out of names. It is on horse land and I need some names that go w/ Mr. and Mrs. Like Mrs. Jones or Mr. Georgia not like dumb ones please I give give 10 pionts to the most good ones!

I love rodents and have had pet mice and rats. But every hampster I have ever had has been mean and nasty. They have bitten and hissed at me. I have NEVER had an aggressive mouse or rat. Even the so called "sweet" hamspter are evil!

pets that u own now and that u use to?
mine are:

4 rotties
named Quincy and Dingo im not sure about the other 2 but i do remember them.
2 pit bulls
named Gavin and Colby(brother to my pit now).
3 Chow chows
named Mitsy, Milie, and Teddy
3 black cats
named Jig i caint remember the other 2 names
1 simese caint remember the name
1 tabby named Spaz
3 parekeets name pretty boy and girl and the other was snow white
10 fish
2 hampsters named Brownie and Sonic
3 ferrets dont know the names
and a Iguana dont know the name

so in total theres 33 pets. and this was from when i was born till about 3 yrs ago and that was when i was 13. and now im 16.

and the pets that i have now are

1 Chow named Cinnamon
1 Pit bull named Cyrus
1 Black cat named Ebony

I've never had a rabbit before so im learning as i go. My rabbit's over a month now but when i bought him he was just a couple weeks old and the guy at the store said not to give him any lettuce or carrots because he was too young and he could get sick but ive heard that rabbits should eat vegatables every day.

I have a guinea pig, Chip, for about 3 years now. i just adopted another male, Stewie. I am bringing him home this weekend. Would it be ok to put Stewie in with Chip? They are obviously not from the same litter or should I just keep Stewie in his own cage?

so every time she eats she pees and poops and wets her paws and hair, what can a do about this? I clean that area several times a day but sometimes I don't have the time to clean it more than twice a day. should I change the plate to another area? I've heard that it is not good to change the area where they eat. (She's my first guinea pig, so I will appreciate all the ideas) Thank you very much.

A lady I know has separate tanks for shrimp, crabs, tilapia, koi etc.
and asks her guests which fish would they like to eat that day? I like seafood but found the practice horrible? What should be done?

I have two robo hamsters, I got them anout 2 months ago from the same cage at the petstore. I have noticed that one of them is getting bigger and fatter and the other is a lot smaller. They have been living together with no problems. However, last night they got into a fight and today the little one seems to have gotten bit on his tail and seems to be limping. Should I separate them or keep an eye out to see if it happens again? Not sure what to do with them.

When I got to the bottom of the famous stairs i noticed that there was a donky service to the top. Because it was so hot and i had to wear my jeans because my legs were burnt , I thought it would be a good idea to use the service which only cost 3 dinar (4 Dollars). When i got to the man, he got my donkey. the donkey looked pretty small but he assured me the donkey is fine and strong. I mounted the donkey and proceeded to ascecnd the stairs. When we were about a quater of the way up, i noticed that the donkey was starting to struggle a little bit. But the man just kept on yelling at the donkey when ever it slowed. When we were 3 quaters of the way there the donkey actually collapesed to its knees. At this point I knew the donkey was really struggling with the sweat of the donkey on my levis. i was about to get off but the man would not let me . he just yelled at it till it got back up and brought me to the top. how cruel is this? should there be action taken against this?

Sensible answers only please. He is about three and a half months old ish and has been pulling and eating the carpet to start with at the edges but now its anywhere! He has plenty of food and water in his hutch and dosn't want for anything. Any advise would be appreciated as this is our first rabbit. Thank you. xx (ps we do stop him from doing this incase of choking)

If anybody has any good ideas on how to peacefully get a mature cow and her 8-month-old steer into a cow trailer, I would really appreciate hearing from you. Some folks tried to herd them into it last night, but the cows just became terrified and the steer jumped/trashed the fence. I'm trying food today, but I don't know.

Is it to keep the money coming in? Don't they realize that claiming to be no kill encourages irresponsible pet owners who dump their animals claiming - the no kill shelter will find them a home? What do no kill shelters do when they reach their quota? Send the people to the "Kill" shelters? Do they really believe that shelters (ususally govt run ones) want to kill animals instead of finding them homes? I have nothing against shelters who try to find homes for animals but please - tell the public the truth - the public has to be responsible and take care of the animals they have or don't get one. My neighbor contstantly gets animals from the humane society, when they tire of them, they let them roam, neighbors complain so her solution is to dump them back at the "no kill" shelter. She told me "they will find another home there". What about no kill shelter animals that live in cages/kennels all their lives? It might be no kill but it is also no life.

My 4 month old kitten just got her first set of kitten shots. She got them yesterday & is very sleepy, sore, is not moving to much & is NOT eating!! Yes, it was a vet that gave her the shots. By the way it was her first three. Please help!!

My wifes relatives always bring their dogs with them when they visit and they let them sleep in their beds and they feed them at our table..my wife and I don't even have a pet but we are at a loss to what to tell these pet lovers..they are not small dogs either
