good. Yesterday I think I may of reached her breaking point. I had just finished brushing her off from our ride. One of my other mares had been kicked earlier on the stifle and I was showing my boyfriend where that was on this new pony. As soon as I touched this mares stifle she tried to nail me hard. Lucky for me I was far enough forward she didnt get me. I jumped her case for it and she stood quietly again. So I tried touch her stifles on both sides and everytime, she would raise her leg in an attempt to tell me she was gonna get me if I didnt stop. This is a mare that you can do anything with, not spooky, you can pick up her back legs no problem. She does have an attitude when I've ridden her but its because she hasnt been worked in a while. Im pretty sure I can stop her from kicking me, but how do I train her to stop kicking so I can trust her around other people?

I know...it sounds like a dumb question...but everytime I try to teach James to water ski, he just sinks. It's gotten very frustrating. He tries...but I think we are both at our wit's end. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I know 4 cats is a lot and some people would say "why do you want more pets" but we have the space and we certainly have the love to give. Can anyone recommend a particular breed of dog that interacts well with cats?

I’ve always dreamed of becoming a vet, but I’m not exactly sure what Science courses I will have to take for years 11 and 12. I attend an Australian school and I was wondering if anyone knew. So if anyone could tell me it would be greatly appreciated.

I MIGHT get a new hamster and I was just wondering if I could use the same pine and everything in the cage as it is now with a new hamster?

My hamster has broken his back leg.

I took him to the vet and the vet said he will be fine, it will heal on its own and just not to let him run about.

Have any of you experienced this? What can i do to help him and make him feel more comfortable. Is there any special food i should give him?

Thanks xx

I know that chocolate can do harm to dogs, but I was wondering if it did anything to mice.

Long story short: we live in an old farm house. There is snow outside. A mouse here or there will try to come in. One of my children opened up a package of PopTarts, and only wanted to eat one, so we put the other one in a Ziplock bag, saving it for the next day. Well, I heard some moving around on my counter and I saw a small mouse was eating the poptart after putting a hole in the bag.
Will the chocolate in the poptart harm the mouse? Not that I care if it is dead because I hate rodents but I just don't want it to die under my stove and have it smell real bad. :) and if the poptart didn't kill it, my cats will eventually.

I have this adorable little person named "Bandit". He's an adorable 2 1/2 year old dog. He sleeps on his back, with is blaket over him, sucking his paws all night long. He's lazy, bendable, flopable, most wiggly dog I have ever seen!! He just oozes his body off the couch, across peoples laps, across the floor, and just flops his cute self infront of anyone so he can always get what he wants. He's never growled at anything but squirrels, and only barks "I love you!" and "Out side." I love this adorble little guy, but I am worried that I might have to give him up to be put down because of this "Pit Bull" ban in Aurora, Colorado.

His mother was an English Beagle, and his father was a Labrador Retriever - Pit Bull Terrier mix. However, he looks just like his mother, white and brown but with longer legs.

Because he is 1/4 Pit Bull will I have to give him up, or will I get to keep him since he's a Mutt. I am having him neutered Today, I worry they will take him from me.

animal cruelity is wrong cause its no different then doing harm to humans .just cause you cant understand thiers crys doesent mean they cant feel the pain.animals have emotions and they can feel pain.I think hunting is wrong unless you need the meat to survive but people who hunt for a freaking trophy or to win some type of hunting contest those people are pathetic and need to get over thier primitive living .I think people who skin animals for fur are disgusting i saw a video where in china they skinned animals alive .they litterally riped off thier skins while the animal was alive even after they did this most of the dogs and other animals were still alive and had to sit and cry in pain till it died .ANIMAL CRUELITY IS WRONG ,SKINNING OF ANIMALS IS WRONG,HUNTING IS WRONG.ALL PEOPLE WHO HURT ANIMALS FOR PLEASURE ARE NO DIFFERENT THEN THE MURDERES WHO STAND TRIAL THOSE PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE THROWN IN A RIVER FULL OF CROCIDILES AND SEE HOW THEY LIKE IT WHEN THE TABLES ARE TURNED
