Don't know those dealers specifically, but if buying a horse, whether from a dealer or not, take an experiance friend with you, and always have the horse vetted before buying. If the owners won't let you vet the horse, walk away - there must something wrong with it.

Dealers can have a good range of horses and can help you find the right animal for you, but be careful as more disreputable dealers have many tricks to disguise any problems.
Try asking local riding schools, livery yard owners, local tack shops and maybe the local RSPCA as these people often hear about any complaints or good things about these dealers, and they will have an idea about how these dealers work.
