animal cruelity is wrong cause its no different then doing harm to humans .just cause you cant understand thiers crys doesent mean they cant feel the pain.animals have emotions and they can feel pain.I think hunting is wrong unless you need the meat to survive but people who hunt for a freaking trophy or to win some type of hunting contest those people are pathetic and need to get over thier primitive living .I think people who skin animals for fur are disgusting i saw a video where in china they skinned animals alive .they litterally riped off thier skins while the animal was alive even after they did this most of the dogs and other animals were still alive and had to sit and cry in pain till it died .ANIMAL CRUELITY IS WRONG ,SKINNING OF ANIMALS IS WRONG,HUNTING IS WRONG.ALL PEOPLE WHO HURT ANIMALS FOR PLEASURE ARE NO DIFFERENT THEN THE MURDERES WHO STAND TRIAL THOSE PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE THROWN IN A RIVER FULL OF CROCIDILES AND SEE HOW THEY LIKE IT WHEN THE TABLES ARE TURNED

Of course animal cruelty is wrong. This is also more of a statement than a question... but since it's an agreeable statement, I'll go along with it.

People that purposely do bad things to animals should have the same or the equivalent treatment sentenced them. In other words, those bastards that skin animals alive should in turn be skinned alive themselves. Those ruthless people that kill those precious baby seals for their soft down fur in Canada should have their hands cut off.

Unfortunately I could go on and on... and I will just a little bit more too. I have a little pet chinchilla, and he's the cutest lil critter you could own, and to think, that there's people out there that breed chinchillas just to skin them for their fur to make coats for rich people who don't give a crap about animals.

It's a sad, and sick world my friend. Take care.

Yes its disgusting and wrong and I do agree that laws need to be a lot tougher, eye for an eye kind of thing !

When I was 17 i had to go to court to answer an assault charge - luckily i was still a minor. I grew up on a farm 3 acres always had animals, a guy - the town sh-t, put a cigarette out on my horse, she may not have really felt it but i did, I broke hes nose but thankfully no conviction was recorded for a number of reasons - great references mainly !

China - black bear bile farms and dog baiting. Japan Whale hunting CAN YOU PLEASE ANSWER MY POSTED Q ON WHY IS JAPAN ALLOWED TO CONTIUE WHALE HUNTING IN ANTARCTIC & INTERNATIONAL WATERS. thanks !

The list goes on and is disgusting ! I hate to say it but sometimes what appears cruel is actually designed to save the animals life and sometimes for population control. Growing up on a farm you get to realise this. For instance (I can hear the boo's already) The practise of museling sheep ! This is where the skin & wool on the rear end is cut off to prevent the animal becoming fly blown - where blow flies swarm in invect the animal which dies a terrible and preventable death ! Unfortunately most well meaning but poorly informed celebraties like PINK cause boycotts of the Australian wool industry yet she hasn't seen the horrible consequences for the sheep of neglecting to take this preventable measure. I do however think the practise of live exports where thousands of Australian sheep are shipped of alive and overcrowded to the UAE as they believe Halal meat is the only meat fit for their consumption is tragic and offensive.

Culling of kangaroos is necessary to prevent starvation in dry desolet conditions we've been in draught for about five years now. Theres nothing responsible about not managing numbers where the alternative is starvation, granted with farming practises man has changed the natural environment and can no longer relly upon natures balance to preserve life sufficiently.

Please don't think I don't care but sometimes to not do what some people view as cruel is so much worse for the animals or lifestock !

I totaly agree with wayne A. I too have lived on a farm and know first hand the things that has to be done to save other animal lives. And the things you do to put an animal out of it's pain when their is nothing else you can do. And believe me I have cryed each time an animal has been put down because there was no other choice. To just kill for fun is BULLSH___.

Of course it's wrong. It puzzles me to death why someone would harm a defenseless animal.
