you cant unlees you mean forced meowing which is not a very pleasant experience for you or your cat. only about 1 in 10000 cats can say a single human word

99% of stuff on youtube is faked.
Cats talk using their own range of sounds and with body language. Cat books will help you understand it.

i could get everyone of my siamese cats to learn to "talk". While I can't understand a thing they say. They add body language to their conversations and I can get a pretty good idea.
the way to do this is to talk to them first. they will eventually answer. especially if you have treats.

If you mean cat talk...easy...when they mieow, do it back to them. Mine have me well trained now. One the other day got told noooooo when he scratched the carpet and he responded by mieowing in EXACTLY the same tone as we said no to him!

What, she can't already? My cat is a very advanced communicator - mind you, means not very much peace and quiet.
