I need to know the species of Deb (the blue and white striped fish in the tank who thinks her reflection is her sister) and Gurgle (the half yellow, half purple one in the tank who's afraid of germs). Thanks!

I recently bought a clownfish for my 55g sw. I've had my tank up for about 3 weeks now and had one fish already in there (striped damsel) petco recommended this method. Since adding the clownfish (Nemo) all he does is stay at the bottom corner of the tank ALL day. At times I catch him resting on the bottom and leaning on the glass. I know that clowns and damsels are compatable but is my Nemo sick, or scared or stressed. I don't want him to die. And yes my ph, Nh3 and Ni are all fine. I just want him to swim around and be happy.
My other question is my sand is turning brownish. I think I may have brown algae. Is that the same as brown diatoms? What is the best and quickest way possible to remove this? 10 points for best ans. Please help

This fish is about a couple inches long and is all white except for a bump on its head. The bump is red and all fish of this type will have it. I am pretty sure that they are only sold in pet stores. Please help me out because I really want to buy this fish but I have to know the name of it and what it requires before I can buy it. Thanks for you help!!!

It is a painted glass fish. It turned up with ick 24 hours after I bought it, and it still hasn't died. I bought it over 2 months ago. I have treated the tank three times for ick, but it still hasn't gone away. One rosy barb caught ick, and died 3 days later, but all my other fish seem to be okay. I can't catch the glass fish so I can isolate it, and I want to avoid draining this tank, because it is so huge. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks in advance.

I have had a betta for about a month now. And after changing the water lately, I get this flim over the top and the water gets clouldy. I think that it might be algae, but don't know. Can someone please help me. I change the water regular, and wash the tank. I have thought about an algae eater, do you think this is what it is or is my fish going to die? I have enjoyed watching him swim around in his tank, and try to have it decorated nicely for him, but with room for her to swim around.

I do two water changes a month right now. I've looked at some algae removers, but they worry me. Also, most are harmful to my fiddler crab. I've got the tank as far away from windows as possible.
