I really wanna earn money for a Wii or a DS. I want to start a dog walking service but I don't know if I can do that yet. If I can, would $5 for 20 minutes be pricey or good enough?

How much exercise does a mal need on a daily basis? Would a 40 minute walk in the morning and another 40 mins in the evening be enough to keep them happy? If not, what would, and for how long?

I have a boxer lab mix. She has all the hair of a lab. But no matter how many time I give her a bath or brush her hair it still ends up all over my house. I have to vacume my carpet at least twice a day. Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep her from shedding to much?

German Shepherd- 8 months old, had him since he was small pup, terrified of bathtubs, and water hoses; even when we do it gently. Dog wipes worked when he was smaller but now he is 70+ lbs and we need to figure out something more effective.

Not big but not a small yappy dog, either. My kids are scared of dogs so what kind of dog is good with kids, not hyper, likes to lay around most of the time and is low maintainance. (Of course I know any dog will take effort and need attention but some take less)

My 6 month old dog is let out to potty multiple times a day, first of all. Secondly, he is NOT given food and water while in his crate and thirdly, I DO know how to properly care for a dog - he's not my first! He's given praise when he potties outside and is led outside as soon as he is let out of his crate which he is in for 4 hrs at a time. The problem occurs when he's come back inside from pottying and back in the house and playing with our other dog or roaming around when he's marking up the carpet. Please do not misunderstand that he's not important or that I don't know how to care for him. This is VERY upsetting. I've had him for a month now and he is now about 7 mos. old. He was 6 mos. when I got him.

well just recently got a new puppy, about three days ago. The first night we brought her home she ate like a pig and ran all over the yard chasing a little girl, since then she has gotten really sick. We took her to the vet today and they said she has parvo and round worms. The thing that makes me so mad is the lady we bought her from said she had been wormed and had her shot. Now she is so sick she might die. The vet said to give her gatorade ever hour and if she makes it through the first 24 hours her chances for survival are higher, but she is just laying there not moving with her eyes closed. I just don't know what else to do, any ides would be helpful. thanks. She is sucha sweet little girl and I dont want to lose her.

I would love to see him destroyed for what he did, it makes it so much harder for real pit bull owners to fight BSL and this retard needs to go to prison for what he did. There is no if he did it? He fuc$ing did it, there is so much evidence against him. My personal thoughts I think he needs to go through what this a $ $ hole put those poor dogs through. I dont want to hear that all pitbulls are mean and BS like that,if you have never been around a pitbull or owned one you will never truly know how good of dogs they can be.ANY dog can be made mean. I have a very old shitzu who only goes outside to use the bathroom but still he manages to get fleas. I don't want to use Frontline or any medicine like that because he is an old dog and that could be dangerous. I give him a bath everyday, bomb the house, wash our sheets daily but still they return. Does anyone know any homeopathic remedy or maybe something your granny used to kill the fleas? I can't take much more of this and I know he can't.

My 9 yr lab/plott hound about 75# has attacked 6 dogs that came into our yard We have an underground fence that works We have 2 others, a 12 yr sharpei/golden and a 6 yr shitzu. 2 had open wounds to the neck needing treatment. 3 not injured as I was able to pull him off quick. 1 dog was a friends that he got along with. But once attacked it. He is a big baby & loves people. But I have seen him fight & he seems to have a totally viscious side.This behavior didn't start until the last 3-4 yrs. Last night I was outside with them, and he was sitting by the door as I was coming towards the door. My 12 yr old shapei/ret mix came up behind him to the door, Im not sure if she startled him or what, he turned on her and attacked her. She is so docile &didnt fight back I got them apart with much difficulty She has severe puncture wounds to side of head & neck i think she will be ok, scared to death will happen again or to the little one. Hard to keep them separated here What can I do-worried sick

Hi all,

For the past two weeks or so, our 7 month old west highland white terrier has been throwing up three to four times a night. We took him to the vet and they soaked him in subcutaneous fluids, then gave us Prescription Diet I/D to feed him and 1/4 tablets of Carafate. We fed him the Prescription Diet and gave him the Carafate until he ran out of both, and he was fine for the time that he was on that treatment. But now, he is back to throwing up. It seems to be only at night that it's happening, especially after he runs around or plays a lot with other dogs. When he throws up, it's an almost clear, yellow foam with no substance to it and nothing in it. He seems to be eating normally during the day, but when we give him food at night he won't eat it. Now, he just threw up and he seems very lethargic. The last time he vomited, it didn't even seem to be a struggle; it was almost like a projectile vomit. Any idea what it could be? Thanks.

Please help me on this one, I am trying to breed my choc lab and she has now been with her new stud for two days and two nights but she has no interest in breeding with her stud. She started her heat 12 days ago and my vet informed me to wait at least a week before trying to breed her. Now it has been a little more than a week and still she is showing no interest. Any ideas of what i may be doing wrong? We have both the female and male staying at my kennel so they can be in a more confined and safe area but all they do is play run and sleep neither one is interested. The male has had 4 previous litters but this would be the female's first and also this is only in her 2nd heat.

it's from Satin balls recipe. Can I still cook the meat and just put the eggs in and not the shells? It just doesn't sound right. My dog is picky when it comes to dog food and he is on the slim side so I wanted to put some weight on him with supplementing with the Satin balls. Any ideas on anything else?

I applied frontline plus to my dog on June 25, I was told that if i wash my dog the shampoo will wash off the medicine, unless the shampoo was specifically meant to be used with frontline. I had to wash it off my dog, because we thought she was having an allergic reaction to it, but we found out that it was something different. Is it safe to put the frontline on her again, because I saw a few fleas on her. Serious answers only please.

There is no history of fits in her family history (she's a pedigree) and her bloodwork came back clean from the vets. she's having a Lumber Puncture tomorrow, the results of which apparently take up to five days to come back.

She had access to plenty of water and the day was not in any way overly hot so what could cause her fits?
