I am looking for a head gear for my dog whom went blind about a month ago. I dont want him to keep bumping into things and then one day hurt his head. I am teaching him not to bump inot things but in the mean time does anyone know of a website I can go to look for headgears for small dog. I have a maltese and he is diabetic that is the reason why he went blind. But I am afraid of leaving him alone without any protection from his head. So if anyone can help me on this I would surley thank you. My e mail address is tootiseus@yahoo.com. Just e mail me if anyone know of a website I can go on to lookl for headgear for my maltese.

We have a 3 year old pedigree Brittany spaniel. We are just in love with him, but we have a problem. He is normally a very good dog, but about a year ago my husband and my teenage daughter had a bit of an argument and it got a little loud. Our dog bit my husband in the face and it drew blood. Last week my husband and I had an argument and again it got loud and he bit my husbands hand and would not let go. He had to go the hospital to get stitches. Yesterday my husband and teenage daughter were in the yard playing ball with him and our neighbor walked over to introduce himself. Sammy went after him and bit his hand hard enough to draw blood. He went to the ER and fortunately did not need stitches. My husband is not a violent person and has never layed a hand on anyone, however he does yell from time to time. It is at the point when I am concerned he will bite me or our teen daughters. I can't bare the thought of having him put to sleep. What should we do?

Hi I would love to finally own a dog but not sure what breed to get. I know I want something small, that dosent shed alot of hair, or yaps because I work from home as a therapist, I live in a medium sized house and have a communal garden. I would love it for my 5 year old son who gets lonely so walks to the park and throwing a ball with it would be great! does anyone have any suggestions??

I have a male dog who does not have Demodex Mange but his mother who has no visual signs of it has passed it on to some of her offspring.

I was wondering, if I bred the male (with no sign of the mange but is from the mother who passed it to some of her offspring) with another female who does not have the mange, would the offspring from that litter have mange or chances of it? Also would the female that the male was bred with catch mange from the breeding?

Keep in mind that the male has no visual signs of Mange at all.

I was just wondering if I need to de-worm her once a month because I heard you have to. Some one help me?! Advices please. <3

second part: should it be illegal?
just wondering what the yahoo world thought. And please think about the question, I know the knee jerk reaction is to say yes to both, but think of the other sports out there which are considered cruel but are not illegal (bullfighting) and others that are not even considered cruel (rodeo, dog racing etc..). Good luck!
