She already had her medication shot and oral medication for tapeworms and round worms, i got the shots like 2 days ago, but I had to pull a roundworm out of her ***. It was trying to go back inside when she pooped. Does the medication work? How long does it take? I need to take her back in 2 weeks for antoher one. I was just wondering if I need to de-worm her once a month because I heard you have to. Some one help me?! Advices please. <3

You need to take your pup to the vet. They will be able to explain what your dog needs. My dog gets checked for worms when she gets her yearly shots.

For puppies it needs deworming every 18 days (three weeks). That is what I do to my dobes, shepherd, and rott.

well you should do that quarterly not once a month.
