can anyone tell me whenit is that they open there eyes

I googled for 'puppy development' and came up with this lot. Pups are born blind and deaf. Their ears open first, then their eyes at about 2 weeks I think. They'll be blue at first.

I dont know where some of these people get their answers but definitly not 6 weeks.
The answer the chap gave about the ears come out first and then the eyes open is right.
The eyes should normally open between week 3-4.

Hey congrats!!! My dog had 4 puppies two weeks ago! Well its been two weeks now and their eyes show a little bit of a slit... also their ears are kind of wiggling too. I've seen others comment that it could take up to 3 weeks. I guess we'll have to be patient. =) Anyhow, good luck! Congrats to the new mommy as well!

depnds on the bread but useally about 14days if ther not open by 15days old take them to the vet lagrer breads eyes open slower then smaller breads

They start to open their eyes about the 10th day.
