ya he chewed up the matt now he has 2 lay an the mettle of the crate. i want 2 put a cerpit or somthing in there so he has somthing ya no? welll im afraid h'ill chew it ^ 2 so plz help.. and if your gonna sajest beating him or getting red of him plz dont wast my time cause i wont take that advice

Most people feed their dog really bad dog foods, has anyone looked at the ingredients of them?? I was just curious how many people feed trash foods such as beneful and pedigree. I recently switched my dog to a better food. While more expensive at least I dont feel like I am poisening her.

She used to run to the bowl everytime we fed her, but now she eats only a little bit at a time, slowly through the day. She is otherwise healthy so is she just tired of her brand of food? Should we try switching it or just wait this out?

I put Max up for adoption and a woman about 40 came to the door to pick up Max. She wanted to adopt Max to breed him with her poodle. Max has never bitten anyone since we have known him or displayed such lack of concern for a child. He bit a 10 month old baby boy, the woman and her daughter aged 9. I apologised for Max and now Im wondering what I should do. Have him euthanized or try adopting him out to older people? I am so mad at him right now for biting a baby that I just want to humanly put him down. Im sick over this. What should I do?

Well.. He was an outside dog for most of his life untill he was about 3 and he was given to me. Needless to say he wasnt taught not to mark hius territory in the house.. Any tips to stop this?

Peta2.com shows the cruelty that the Iams dog food company put dogs through. I am not an animal activist AT ALL!! A couple kids in my neighborhood told me to check it out and now I will NEVER but IAMS pet products again. They sent a worker undercover to film the abuse that goes on in the IAMS factory. It is so sad, dogs that cant walk are just put through test after test until they die. If you want to check it out go to peta2.com and look for the Iams footage. Let me know what you think....

she cannot afford the thyroid medication for her dog and her dog is 11 1/2 yrs old and would hate to put him down for this also he cannot control himself and is peeing almost all the time

My dog is a long haired dachshund and his coat is a bit dull. Sinces his last bath a few weeks ago he's lost a bit of his shine and is starting to smell all though he's always tide up during the day or watched like a hawk. The shampoo I used was, Hartz living infusion with herbal bead skin and coat shampoo for dogs. Also I was wondering about blow-drying and what type of brushes you use?

Talks by growling and barking at me, wagging his tail and not baring his teeth. When I get close with my hands he closes his mouth because he hates it when I try to open his mouth and doesn't like my hands in his mouth or touching his teeth. Mostly he speaks when I get home from work or when I approach with his dog fod. What is he saying?

Hello. I want to know what you need to do to show dogs. When I am older, i would like to show dogs, probably Irish Wolfhounds or Rottweilers. I just want some info on how to enter, and other stuff I should know about dog shows. I do know the basic stuff, so I am not completely clueless. My dog who is about 17 weeks old, a staffy, has a great personality. I was wondering if other people have seen this.
She does everything, she sulks, she bullies and she can be the most loving when she wants to be.

Let me be clear, I am not racist, but this issue bothers me so much. I live in an area where there are a lot of Indians/Somalians... I have three dogs, and everytime i walk them i have all these Indian/Somalian people like freakin out on me. That's why i'm bothered to even walk my dogs, there is not a day where I can walk my dogs in peace. It's dude they are three small little dogs, and they are on a leash what can they possibly do to you? Like when I'm walking them they start screaming and yelping. Tell me what is wrong with them?!!!
