My boyfriend and i have decided to get two german shepherds therefore i want them to be a regular big black and tan color one and a white swiss one but i dont know where to go to purchase them as puppies.

Ha, good luck, better not wait to long. When your new mandatory spay/neuter law really kicks in your only choice is going to be either go out of state or buy a sickly, smuggled Mexican puppy sold in a parking lot.
You all should have been fighting it. What a mess.

Don't buy a white one, its not that they cant be great dogs, but it keeps the irresponsible breeders breeding. It is not part of the breed standard and they are notorious for health and temperament problems. If you really want one, then don't buy, rescue
