Take your dog to the vet seems to be the con-census here. She could have a number of things going on; an umbilical hernia, an abscess, a fatty tumor or a cancerous lump. Best to be safe and have a vet check her asap, the longer you wait, if it's something bad, it could be dangerous for your dog and the worse it will get and the more it will cost. Best to take her in as soon as possible. You are her caretaker and it's your responsibility to get her the care she needs. If you can't afford it, take her to the shelter.
