We lived in a huge log cabin mansion with gates and other stuff like that. Our new house is just like that but it isn't a log cabin, it is just a huge house with vinyl siding. And my chihuahua is usually the friendliest dog ever, but now he is shy. We moved in 2 weeks ago and I walked him outside the block the other day. Someone came up and asked if they could pet him and I let them. Then my dog started barking and hiding and usually he tries to jump up and he licks people and lets them hold and pet him. Do you know why he would be doing this?

P.S. I have a cat and she is acting just fine.

I have a 13 week old yorkie puppy. One of his ears is standing up like it is supposed to. The other one is flopped over. I was told by the breeder to massage the ear but that is not working. I was also told to have the hair shaved so it would be easier for it to stand, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions????

to stop pooping in the living room? She does this once or twice a week. She is a beagle mix and she is 7 years old. She was beaten by her last owner. She gets nervous if I come up to her too fast and pees herself also...but I can live with that. Please let me know if there are any "tricks" I can do to help her stop. Thankyou.

I've been woken up in the middler of the night by this howling and have wondered why they do it. When one starts, others get excited and bark or howl. Why do they do it. Will any kind person who is an authority on this subject please tell me why.

I am getting an English Bulldog puppy soon and would like it to have a healthy diet. They are prone to be overweight as I know. I use to have a female bullie that I fed Iams too but she became overweight even when I fed her the low calorie Iams. Can you please help? Thanks!

I live in apartment and I have a dog that's getting along in his years (he's 14) I absolutely love him to death, but know that he's not going to be here forever. So my question is, if he dies while I'm living in this apartment what are my options? Is it acceptable to bury him behind the apartments or will I have to go get him cremated? I'm at a loss. Sorry it's morbid.

This is becoming a safety issue. I'm nearly tripping over her every two minutes. I try and be mean to her but that make me sad. She just likes me soooooo much cause I am the only one in her life who has ever been nice to her.

I recently asked a question about my neighbors dog going to the bathroom on their deck and it coming down onto mine below. The management after several notices, about the proper potty areas ie not the deck, has told them to get rid of the dog or vacate the premises because they are in violation of their lease. And now they are claiming this is a guide dog and that they have the right to keep the dog surely this is a ploy to keep the dog .Does anybody know the laws about guide dogs or has she found a loophole that allows her to let her dog poop and pee all over the place. And what can I do? Dont I have any rights here?
