You don't say if this is an adult or a pup. If a pup, it is going to eliminate a lot (probably at least 10 times a day). If an adult and he really will not stop peeing and pooping, he has a medical problem. Speak to the vet. Or, you are feeding him too much. Again, speak to the vet to determine the appropriate amount of food for him.

If he is having accidents, you need to teach him the proper place to eliminate. Take him to that spot and give him 5 or 10 minutes. If he doesn't go, take him back inside and either crate him or keep him leashed next to you. Take him out again in 20 - 30 minutes or when he shows signs of needing to relieve himself. When he does go outside, give him lots of praise and a great treat. He can then stay out and play or you can go for a walk. Do not punish him for accidents in the house - it doesn't help.

Keep the bathroom door closed or put the toilet paper in a cabinet out of his reach. Make sure he has fun toys to chew on so that he doesn't go looking for other things.

I don't know a single dog that lives with cats that doesn't raid the litter box. Put the litter box in a room that the dog doesn't have access to. Place a pet gate across the door so the cat can jump over and get to the box but the dog can't.

OK in order to do this u need to wait till he pees and u have to the scold him. its hard but it will pull off in the long run. Always keep the bathroom door closed and scold him if he goes in there as well. U should give him his own spot in the back yard to do his (u know what). Always let him go to that spot first thing in the morning and last thing at night around 9 o clock. I give my dog The best kind of treat i have after he comes up y to show he did the right thing. Watch over him when he goes out side so he doesn't just come back up. As for the Cat poop just Scold him for eating it. Tip: never use Ur hand to hit him only use ur hand to praise a dog, only use a news paper to hit him on the B-hind.
It will not stop him right away but after about a week he'll stop may be even a little longer.

Well obviously you are not supervising the dog enough. I don't know if it's a puppy or older, but regardless, this dog is at the stage where you need to be watching it 100% of the time to stop this behaviour. Get a crate if you don't have one, and use that to keep her in when you cannot watch her. When you are home, you should try "umbilical cord training": keep her on a leash, attached to you at all times. She obviously does not understand right from wrong yet and should be near you all the time. You need to start from square one on housetraining - get a good book or DVD that shows basic housetraining techniques using the crate.
