The bite game is when I bite Shadow, my dog. I do this because she is always biting me. But now she yelps when i do it. Should I stop it or should lay off it for a little while? She does bite my ears, how do I stop it?

who else hates to see ur dog in discomfort? i bathe my dog once a month, but he has extremely sensitive skin, and even though i use johnson's baby shampoo, he still occasionally breaks out after i bathe him, and i can tell it itches him a few days after until it dissipates. the only thing i can do to ease the pain for a little while is i rub his back and his sides where the bumps are, and he really appreciates it......but dont u hate to see your dog in pain and know you cant really do anything for them

My Shih-Tzu is 13 years old, he is deaf and can't hear us if we get mad at him...we've tried everything I can think of to make him stop he does it while we are sleeping or out. We got him from a shelter 5 years ago and on his history write up at the shelter, his former owners said it was because of his going bathroom indoors he was given up. He's a great dog, except for this one thing. I don't know how to make him stop...any ideas would be great thanks!

For about a year now, my dog has nibbled on his back two legs. First he'll nibble on a leg (never two at once) and I never notice it until he's licking it like crazy. He nibbles so much that he clears the area from fur and it starts to turn a little whiteish because hes getting down to his skin. If i put my hand or finger in between his mouth and leg while he's nibbling, he starts whining and snapping at my hand. After about a minute or so he'll stop doing it. He does it whenever he comes in from outside. After a week, he wont bite down on his leg for a while. He's a two year old min-pin. Sorry if this doesn't make any sense i've tried to explain it the best that I could. Now, the question is 1)Why could he be doing this
2)Anyone elses dogs do this?

I have a chow mix and he started getting aggresive with the Cats and people in the house. He really does that to my grandson at 3.I am not sure what to do. My vet said to have her put to sleep and I do not want to do that. She bit my grandson on the forhead on Thursday. I just do not want any one to get hurt. Can some one tell me if there is a way to train her so she does not continue. Last night she even snapped at me.

I have tried to be really good about not leaving shoes around but he has jumped up on things nad climbed under the bed to get my shoes. He doesn't chew my husband's shoes (which are all over the house). He has plenty of chew toys and we give him carrots to help with teething. I have tried the "bait and switch" but it doesn't work. The moment he catches me slipping...i have lost another pair of shoes.

Do they ever just grow out of it? I have lost 6 pairs...

I have a facination with Arthurian times. The story, battles, people so on. I now have a deaf puppy I adopted, a male apbt, that needs a name and I have come up with a few but cannot settle on one. Each name is closely associated with King Arthur, if they look strange to you. Just post which one you like most and I am going to go with the majority of votes. Thanks, the names are:

Cabal (King Arthur's dog)
Calibor (Arthur's sword)
Camlann (Arthur's last battle site)
Dristan (Arthur's advisor)
Marrok (Knight thought to be a werewolf)

Thanks again, guys!

Hello All... I only noticed yesterday when my cocker was sitting down next to me her boobies where a little saggy and when i squeezed them she has milk coming out of them. i have a male shitzu who got at her. duh me didnt even come to mind to think he would be able to do her. but to my amazement he did the job.lol. my question is i dont know when he got her and how far long she is. i know it takes 63 days for her to have her puppies. she is still playfull and eating and running around. people are telling me where she has milk in her boobies it could be any day. this is a big shock to my system. lol. i would be glad if someone can help me out in this manner. she is scratching at herself alot i know this is because the babies are in her tummy. her temp last night was 103 and i know it has to go somewere between 99 or lower. thank you all for your input
