Either take the dog back and tell the people who did it you are not happy or take a pair of shears and finish it off yourself, that's what I would do anyway...

I cut my two German Shepherd dogs' hair with ordinary hair clippers and do them a 'number 4' all over, except their heads and tails and am very careful of their sensitive bits. Unless the cutting comb falls off it's impossible to make a mistake and it leaves them soft and cuddly and hopefully cooler for summer. Could you cut your dogs hair yourself? And anyway, your dog won't even know it's had a bad hair cut, it'll just be you who's worried!

Take it back and tell them to tidy it up if they won't ask citizens advise. Or at lest get your money back. If you get no joy write to the papers and tell them how bad there customer support is and how you tried to talk to them but they wasn't interested in helping you. Your poor dog. Just imagine how you would feel if it was your hair, I'm sure you would ask for free hair cut next time and your money back.

first of all you should take your dog back to the groomers and request your money back. have a go at them for doing a crap job and tell them they've lost a customer. Secondly find another groomer who can fix the damage. Its not your fault.

Purchase a dog coat to cover it up til it grows back and complain to the shop cos thats a disgrace.

Take photos of the dog to have evidence and go to Trading Standards.
In future, don't pay if you're not happy.

Get your butt back to the groomers and get your money back for a start. Then buy the poor fella a coat until he feels able to go out in public again.............
