Adams Flea spray is safe for small puppies, spray in your hands and rub it on their backs and tummies. Remove their bedding and them and spray the adams inside and replace the puppies after the spray has dried. You will want to do this again in a couple of days to kill newly hatched fleas! Good Luck

Get rid of the fleas on the dogs first. The fleas around the beddding will just return. There are topical flea killer for the dogs (Revolution being one) that work well, at least it does the my dog. Fleas only live for a week or two. Once the fleas are gone from the dogs, the fleas on the bedding will die out.

Treat the mother with frontline or advantage, they both kill fleas in the dogs environment and will also stop them on the puppies, it's perfectly safe to use.
Wash the bedding and then apply the treatment, it lasts for 1 month.

the fleas your puppies have are not normal pet fleas, they are sand/dirt fleas, they have a harder shell, and are harder to kill them common fleas, there really in all honesty is nothing you can do but to bathe them every other day, and comb them with a flea comb. OR you can spend tons of money on things that don't work!

Don't spray anything because you may compromise their health. Buy some nematodes from a place like http://www.fleabuster.com/ or check organic type gardening centres for them. They'll go after the fleas and when there aren't anymore they'll croak

There are a number of aromatic herbs that fleas don't like. You can try making infusions of those using those to spray. Tansy, fennel, garlic, and sage come to mind, and there are more.
