I have had her for two weeks now and she is 7 months old. From the first day I brought her home I set a timer and bring her out every 30 minutes. I feed her once in the morning and once in the early evening. After she eats I wait 15 -20 minutes and bring her out to go. If she has to go potty when I bring her out she does go outside. But if she isn't outside she goes to the carpet and pees. No indication to me that she has to go. At first I would not yell or anything, just put her outside and clean it up. Now, a couple of days ago I started to swat her on the butt and bring her outside right after I caught her. I would then tell her "potty outside". That is the phrase that I have been using on her whenever I take her out. When she does go outside I praise her a lot, she knows because she always comes straight to me when she is done.

I am trying not to be frustrated, but we rent this house and she pees a lot. Any suggestion or just patience? Please help!!!

I was just wondering if there is a product on the market that I am able to give to my dog so that when he pees on my grass it won't kill it??? When he pees on the grass the next day the spot where he peed is all dead.

HI--this is for anyone in the PENNSYLVANIA (PREFERABLY ALLEGHENY /WESTMORELAND COUNTY AREAS)---

My parents are possibly moving and either way want to find their 6 yr old male black lab (un-neutered) a new home. They don't have enough time and energy for him and he needs a lot of room to run around and graze. They have a lot of land where they live, but if you don't keep him on a leash or on a chain while he is outside--he'll run away. He is very friendly and loving , but needs a lot more time and attention. If you are interested you can email me at: Sarahbonacci1@Yahoo.com --Thank You

I am looking into these yard guard or under ground fencing for my pit bull we have a yard that is fenced in but he likes to be where we are in the front yard or driveway and there are no fences he is usually on a coated cable leash but he gets tangled and it gets frustrating everytime we have to reconnect him some where so he can be with us or he will constantly bark or whine
Anyone using anything like this I would appreciate your input on this subject I wasnt sure how they worked do they shock the dog it sounds cruel but he is started to run out in the street when he gets loose from us its for his safety also
Thanks concerned pit bull owner

How many of y'all think these to need to go to hell for their rude comments about black people. America is what it is today because of every wonderful race. These two guys give southerners a bad name. They are rude, distasteful, and complete cowards. I bet they would never say that off of the computer. I have never felt this angry before and these two idiots put me over the limit.

Slave boys here is a message to y'all: GO TO HELL AND F^CK EACH OTHER!!!!!!

My male Chow cross is one of the most beautifull dogs you will ever get. Lovely + protective with children/people and not over aggresive towards other dogs but change completly when in a fight with another dog(scary). The Black Russian ***** looks and reacts like a Black Russian very protective and aggresive but will only reacts when she needs to protect. My problem is that some people believe I will breed a killer race with the Chow/Black Russian combination. I wont be able to keep all the puppies and some people will never be able to control their dogs. This is a once of combination. More info will help with my deccision

Ok I have never seen such a thing. Cocoa was behind Buster and trying to impregnate him! Do I need to take her to a therapist? Is she confused? My dad says she is just copying what Buster has been trying to do to her. He is not neutered but she is spayed. He was letting her do it! I dont get this. Help!

I have two chihuahuas and two cats. I usually use Revolution on them. I changed vets and the new vet doesn't offer Revolution. He uses Frontline and HeartGuard. What do you use and why? Which is better? One cost more than other?

I picked a bull terrier off the road a few hours ago - emaciated, overgrown nails, wounds all over, eyes so sunken that at first I thought they were gone, but he seems able to see. He appears to have been trained at some point, understood the leash I put on him, knew about getting into a car (but had to be lifted in), and knew immediately what a dog basket was. He drank nearly a gallon of water and has eaten some canned food, now is sleeping safely in the basket on the rear terrace while my other dogs glare at him through the glass door.

Do they commonly have trouble eating and drinking, make snuffling noises and get it all over?

Anybody want a very nice dog? (We're in Greece.)
