Providing it is in the UK and the dog does not have rabies it would be worse to get bitten by a human because dogs saliva actually contains antiseptic.
However don't take the dinner away from either of them when they are hungry and you should be OK !lol

Judging the amount of minging humans id say its safer to get bitten by a dog,its mouth is probably cleaner.

Definately a human bite is worse. A friend of mine was bitten in a fight he was in hospital 10 days on IV antibiotics. His arm was 3 times its normal size. I worked for a vet for 18 yrs & none of my animal bites were that bad!!!!

A human bite is worse. Had a nurse friend that died from a human bite that infected. .
Rather a dog bite me.

Humans carry a greater risk of spreading infection than dogs. (I think) If a dog bights you you can get them put down, imagine that with children, that would soon get rid of all the toddlers

Dogs can carry rabies, however they carry some diseases that are strictly animal carried and can not be given to humans.
A human bite...well...that would just suck. You can't get AIDS from someone biting you. The person biting you however could get AIDS if he or she pierced your skin and got YOUR HIV positive blood in his/her mouth. You could get hepatitis from a human bite.
