my dogs are very disobedient, to the point that they will not listen to anyone in the family, or a trainer.
My doberman, jumps up on stuff, doesnt come when hes called, and drags the whole family down the street when we take him for a walk.
My dacshund barks uncontrollably 24/7, also runs away, and starts huge fights with other dogs around the neighborhood.

I dont know if we have to resort to a shock collar, and please dont freak out at me for considering it, i was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

I've been walking her dog for her for free because I feel funny taking money from her. She wants to pay me for walking her dog because she wants me to do it constantly. I also don't wanna be walking her dog for freeall the time because I have 2 dogs of my own. She said she can't afford to pay a dog walker $10 a day for $50 a week, but in reality, most dog walker charge at least $13. Plus, I know she makes good money and most of the time, she likes to throw her money away on starbucks, coldstone creamery, and expensive garbages. I don't wanna charge a friend but I also don't wanna get ripped off.

The vet said that we can do the vitamins and oatmeal shampoo, but that only treat the symptoms, not the cause. She only is itchy in the spring and summer, and it's not fleas, although she's allergic to that too. She's on Frontline all year long. He said that there is this new drug that treats the immune system, but she would have to be on it for life, and that scares me because she is only 3. He said that once we started we could not stop either, just to see if it worked. Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you resolve it? I just hate that she's uncomfortable and I'm not seeming to get any real working solutions from the vet. Also, the 1st year of her life we lived in Minnesota and she had no problems, but when we moved to California that's when it started.

Yesterday, I left her to pet-sit my American Eskimo named Bosco. He is a boy. He is still a puppy. Well I have been friends with her for 5 years now and I gained alot of trust in her. I gave her the schedule. It had all the things to do for my pet.. ( I told her where is the food and stuff) I was leaving for a club meeting with my Pet Club.

It was a very short pet-sit. I came home at 12:42 and saw my friend hitting the dog. Bosco couldn't do anything cuz he was tangled with the leash. I took pictures with my digital camera and ran over there and told her to stop. She stood there surprised. I un-tangled my dog and put him in my bedroom for about 5 min. cuz I had to talk to her. I was very upset. When I saw the schedule I gave her, she didn't do any 1 of them. I went to go look at his food bowl and water bowl. It didn't have any food or crumbs. Neither did the water. I look at the treat bag. It was very full. I went to my room and see if she took the leash off. Nope. I got very mad...

My Chihuahuas in about 45 days pregnant she is not eating unless I feed her with a spoon, she is becoming very attached to me. She would not leave my room no matter what I do.
Even if I leave the room she stay in and when I carry her and leave her out in the living room she go back unless I close the room so she starts following me .

She also sleeps a lot and don’t get any exercise, she hardly go to the bathroom only once a day. What should I do?

It's not her first time the last time she use to fight with the other dog and eat his food, also she use to play and run, but when she had the puppies both of them died.

One day, I woke up and I looked on the internet for the whole day looking for shelters and the right breed of dog to get. So then I asked my mom" Could you bring me to the animal shelter?" But she kept saying "no" because she say she was afraid of animals.

My dog is malting badly. He is losing masses of fur. I've tried brushing him bathing him and to no avail. I've accepted that he's gonna malt in the really hot weather we're having, but i'm finding it difficult to get his fur up off my carpet, and rugs. I've got Animal Dyson and that isn't even strong enough. Has anyone got any effective ways of getting up doggy hair?

Ya, i guess it was like that when we got him a month ago. My friend's mom said just to use human toenail clippers...but i had my doubts. Why can't you use human toenail clippers?
