I feed Wellness now and have for the past 2 years, but at the pet store yesterday I was told that it isn't baked anymore and was extruded like all the other dog foods. Does anyone feed a raw diet? I work too much to feed a complete raw diet but the EVO seemed like a good choice. Any thoughts are appreciated.

My hubby is a mailman and he has to worry about stupid little crap dogs attacking him, is there anything he can do to avoid being attaked? He has pepper spray but people freak on him if he threatens to do anything to their precious monsters. I know with other animals if you seem big and show your teeth they will back off. Any ideas?

I would like to get a dog in the near future. I need a dog that will be adaptable to apartment living. I am also looking for a dog that would enjoy going on jogs and whatnot, but is not overly active. Would prefer a medium sized dog...any ideas?

can i put on to help him from scratching so much. i am already given him benadryl even though i rather not give him that, but i feel sorry because he looks like it hurts him if i dont. i know it is a genetic problem, but if anyone has any advise, i will try anything.

I have a 2 year old mix who is spayed. we got her spayed around the right time. This sounds very wierd but it is very true. Please help me. She humps everything that is in front of her abot her size, and she is not a male!!!! I think that something is very wrong with her insides. She even humps my blankets. Any Ideas???

I have a 11 month old golden retriever, recently he has become very aggressive towards other dogs, any dog he comes up on he tries to dominate, I dont know what happened along the line, hes very well behaved with kids and people, but its just other dogs that he gets violent with, he wasnt like this a month ago, could it be because we live alone? I am going to consult a police dog trainer this afternoon to figure out whats going on and what I can do. Do you have any suggestions?

I am planning on getting her spayed after 1 litter and as far as bringing unwanted pups in the world they won't be, as for finding a home for them they already have one mine. i will not be selling them . i am breeding them with buddy and i have had him from birth for the last 10 years that is why i wanted to breed him now he won't live forever and he so special to me i wanted to raise some puppys with him as their sire . and by buying this new puppy i am providing another dog a home

We just got a Weimaraner pup and at night we close the kitchen off with baby gates so that he doesn't chew everything up at night when we are asleep. He cries the whole night. I don't give in to him, b/c I know that is the worst thing you can do - can someone give me some advice on what to do to control this?

I know if dogs have too much choclate that they get ill and may end up dieing if they don't get to the vet. But what I don't understand is why dogs can't have choclate. Is there anybody who knows why?
