Really, all dogs shed to a certain extent - even the Mexican Hairless and the Chinese Crested dogs shed...but some shed very little. These include poodles, Maltese, Havanese, Bichon Frise, and mixes of these. These breeds still need to be brushed - and groomed.
Interestingly, the longer-haired breeds will shed seasonally in spring and fall (we call it "blowing coat" because I think we use the wind to blow the shedded hair away rather than sweeping it up!) and that is a lot of hair, but short haired dogs like Labrador Retrievers, greyhounds and Beagles will shed ALL time!

All breeds shed to some degree.
Poodles less than others.
There are many small breeds that do not shed as much. Most of the larger ones shed. Some in clumps (huskies) and the short haired breed shed but it is short hair.

Many people have asked this question, you could search for past answers. But here goes:
Poodles
Some poodle mixes (it really depends)
Bichon Frise
These dogs have that poodle-like hair that is fluffy and does shed like other dogs do. You sitll have to groom them quite often though.

Poodles and make sure they are full blooded too or if they have a bloodline of another breed in them, they will shed.

All breds shed and your going to have to get over. People say short haired ones, but I have one and it still sheds. But they do shed less, so your never going to find a bred that doesn't shed but at least you can find one like short-haired that shed's less.

Shih Tzus shed but don't shed alot, if you keep their hair short or groom them regularly you don't have that much of a problem.
