I would save the puppy.

I would call some one to help the ugly guy and I would help the puppy. Then in the end the Ugliest person would get a complete make over.

Depends if I know the person. If he/she is mean and greedy I wouldn't save the guy. If the guy was holding the cutest puppy in the world I would save him. Just kidding. I'd save the guy. He's a human.

I would save the cutest puppy, dogs have more to life for than a really ugly person.

to be honest this would never happen but anyway i would probaly save the puppy as the person is stated as a person and not baby so has had a bit of life but if the dog is only a puppy has not had much life yet so would rescue puppy

Looks don't apply to me I would go after both but mostly the person I don't care how ugly they are they still deverse to live.
