my dog has a really sensitive stomach, theres some specialist food you can buy for sensitive stomachs.

Also, try feeding her scrambled egg or chicken, seeing as its so bland it tends to settle the stomach down.

Don't give her any human medicine, that'll do her more harm than good.

Tagamat. It's a great thing for dogs as well as humans. It should help with an upset stomach.

Depends what kind of upset it is, and if she is vomiting. If she just seems a little off her feed, keep an eye on her but don't panic yet. If she's vomiting, and keeps doing so, call your vet immediately.
Ordinarily, dogs take care of this sort of thing themselves, mostly by eating greens, which adds the bulk commercial foods often don't provide. Also, they just like a little herbiage in their diets occasionally. So long as there's no blood or excessive froth in the vomitus, it's probably normal. And, according to my vet, dogs just sometimes do vomit--no pathology and no big deal.
Best thing, just watch and see how it goes.

daily probiotics...yogurt daily will stop most upset tummies but if its bad a vet may have to give antibiotics then you should always give pro biotics as they feed the good bacteria the gut needs to right itself....if its just a change of food then Imodium tabs not capsules or diacalm will do it depending on size of dog ....small dog 1/2 tab large dog 1 tab if it doesn't clear up within 24 hours defiantly take it to a vet as it can get dehydrated very quickly....

I would wait a day unless she is throwing up and then I would give her pepto. Give her about a teaspoonful for very 5lbs. Up to about 2 tablespoonfuls. I wouldn't go over that. If she doesn't get better in about an hour give her (or him-both my pets are hers) another dose and then no more. Wait until the next day and see how she is. If not better take her to the vet.

take the dog to a vet if it doesn't settle down in a few days, but don't what ever U do give Ur dog any human medication, as it can kill Ur dog

most people don't realise that some things we eat r poisonous to dog, like chocolate

giving human medication to an animal is never advisable, as they r a lot smaller, have different metabolic rate, and the poisonous substance thing too

Boiled white rice and shredded chicken - that's what the vets tell you to feed them when they have upset stomachs. You can buy it in a can from vets too.

How do you know that's what's wrong? Most dogs will eat grass if their stomach is upset. So your dog should take care of this herself.
