My Chihuahuas in about 45 days pregnant she is not eating unless I feed her with a spoon, she is becoming very attached to me. She would not leave my room no matter what I do.
Even if I leave the room she stay in and when I carry her and leave her out in the living room she go back unless I close the room so she starts following me .

She also sleeps a lot and don’t get any exercise, she hardly go to the bathroom only once a day. What should I do?

It's not her first time the last time she use to fight with the other dog and eat his food, also she use to play and run, but when she had the puppies both of them died.

I already did and he said don’t feed her leave the food near her and she will eat, I did that she did not touch the food for almost a day and a half before I feed her with the spoon. The puppies are ok but there are 3 of them this time not just 2. Could that be the reason why she is so lazy and sleepy?

The best advice I can give you would be to take the dog to the Vet.

Since her other litter died, you should take her to a vet and have him take a look at her.
The gestation period is 60-62 days. Are you certain she is pregnant? Did you skip a heat before you bred her again? You didn't include her age. How many litters in the past? Was her pregnancy intentional and was she bred to a male smaller than herself? Have you seen an vaginal discharge.

Take her to the vet, have them give her a good check over. She needs to be eating richer foods right now, maybe some ground beef and yogurt would help. As for the attatchment, she needs you right now, there is nothing wrong with that, baby her for a while, she won't hurt anything.

Take her to the vet and have her checked out. She might be ok and just getting ready for the puppies. Better safe than sorry.
