I have an american eskimo puppy 7 weeks old. I went to the vet and he dewormed him. The lady I bought it from wasnt a good person so he never had anycare. I have to force feed him this special food. I use a needle thing and give him 2 cc's every hour. Some times he holds it down other times he pukes a little of it up. I heard that pediolite can settle his stomic. I was wondering what else I could do to help him get all better again. keep in mind that the worms made him anemic so i have no idea what to do.

fED HER W/ EYEDROPPER AROUND THE CLOCK, then she nursed from a baby bottle-the reason I asked is that everyone told me she wouldn't make it OR have other, more severe problems, and to "Let nature take it's course" ie: let her die. I just don't want others to discourage anyone who is going thru the same thing-Rosie made my life complete-she thinks I'm her Mom...I am!

Our puppy does not want to pee on her pee pads. We have one placed downstairs in her play pen and one upstairs for her convenience. We had to buy pee pad holders because she was ripping up the pads from the sides, but now she just rips them up from the middle. When we come home and take her out of her play pen, she will pretty much go to the bathroom right then. We cannot take her outside regularly since my husband and I both work for significant parts of the day. Please help. Thank you!

What happens when they don't let them out of their purse in time to go potty?
Are people allowed to take them into any public facility?

I had one (a shih-tzu) and she's very healthy now. I would just like to hear your responses and outcomes of this defect!

Recently we went on a long roadtrip and so my husband made a doggy safety seat for our dog. She loves it because now she can see out the window and it keeps her safe. Lots of people asked us about it while we were on the road so we think this may be a dog business opportunity. I don't want to devulge too many details but basically, it's a booster seat with a harness. It's made for a small dog (up to 20 lbs). Questions:

1) If this was on the market, would you buy it?
2) How much would you pay for it?

I love my dogs i spoil them giving them everything.I play with them rock them to sleep. Recently I took my dogs with me i went to fill out applications then we were going to go to the dog park. I left them in the car 4in down on each window. went into one store then left checked on my dogs went into store two. Came out my dogs were gone we had to go to animal haven to get them out. I was so worried about my babies. The officer explained it was to hot outside they should not have been left in the car that they could of died. I was so mad at myself, i was so happy they were ok.the officer brought them out to me they almost jumped out of her arms i grabbed them they filled my face with kisses i am so glad they are ok. I promised the officer this will never happen again. she gave me a ticket telling me i needed to go to court for the neglect. Will my babies get taken from me?

Hi,
I have never owned a dog in my life. But I really want to own one. I was looking to own a maltese. I am at work 9-5 and come home around 6 every day. I'm home during day time on the weekends. What all should I consider before I make this decision. I would love to hear from some maltese owners to see how much work and cost is involved in owning a dog like this.

I was informed yesterday that my 1 year old ShihTzu has an ulcer in/on his eye. The vet was really pushing surgery and told me if I didnot have the operation done he would go blind. I love and adore my dog but with the breed they have so many eye problems I do not want to spend the cash if he will go blind anyway. Also this was not my regular vet, he is out of town for the week.

Perhaps the knowledge of my parrot and Staffie bull terrier and cat could be seen as a sign of neediness, or accepted as part of my love for all of God's creatures. What do you think?
