Is this a trick question regarding the wording? If so then you took away 5, but 5 what? Therefore there could still be 6 pugs of which you would have taken 0.

Well, if you look at it one way, you have One, or if y ou look at it another way, you have 5. But, if you look at it this way, it depends WHERE you took the other pugs, so in some mathmatically way, you could have 6 pugs.
