I just started letting my cat out on the balcony of my apartment, I live on the first floor, but the balcony is like 4 feet from the ground and its been like 3 days since Ive been letting him out and he's stayed on the balcony, except for 2 times when he fell off accidentally.. but he waited under my balcony for me to call him and get him...
This time, he wasn't on the balcony, underneath, around the aparment building and I dont know what to do.. Im really scared he might have gotten hit by a car or something terrible...

Can yall gimme some advice on how I can get my kitty to come back?

There are some local felines that enjoy resting on my car and invariably end up tearing holes in the top. I have a few ideas on how to prevent this occurance in the future; however, I would rather not resort to such extreme measures unless absolutely necessary.

Is there anyone who has an idea on how to keep these cats away, so I don't have to use my less imaginitive solutions?

I have a puppy and kitten. I was picking up things off the floor and was overwhelmed with the smell of amonia . I was wondering which pet did this , so I can keep a closer eye on them. Thanks to all that replies.

The vet clinic handed me a paper saying my cat had been spayed. Shouldn't the incision be on the belly and not under the tail? She/he was 8 weeks old when I got her/him and I never looked again!

I'm sooooooooooo sick of people asking quesitons on what to do with their sick cat. they all tell everyone that they DO NOT have any money for a vet. these people want a cat/dog but then don't realize the responsibility of how much pets cost!!! obviously, they can't afford the money to spay/neuter, vaccinate, etc. pets ARE NOT FREE!!!! when you decide to adopt a cat/dog or any kind of pet than you are making a big commitment and plan to spend tons of money in the future on them. they can't expect not to spend any money on them EVER!!!!!!! cats/dogs cost money and if you can't afford to take him/her to the vet than you have absolutly no business owning them!!!!! you should give them away to people who CAN afford to pay for their vet bills and vaccinations, etc. who all agrees with me!!!!!! i'ts sooooooooo sad that some people are sooooooo ignorant these days!! another life is in your hands and if you can't afford to take care of them then you are letting them down!!!

Both of my cat's front legs look hairless and lately I have been finding large scabs all over him. Besides mange, what could be causing this? He is an inside cat and never goes outside. Thank you.

My son's gf (24) is living with us until she moves into the dorm in about 4 weeks. We are getting ready to sell our home and move during that time, but she would like to take in a kitten (10-12 weeks old?) from many that are on the farm we are moving to, to have a companion for awhile. We're sure it would adjust to being inside, but we don't want an inside cat after we move (we have 4 outside cats who occasionally come in). Are the possible consequences dire if this kitten is brought in and then put back with its mom and siblings, who live on the porch outside my sister's home (next to where we will be living)? Does anyone have experience with this situation--it doesn't sound promising to us, but if it could work we hate to deny her the fun of having a kitten to spoil for awhile, since she is without her own home or family.

Before I had my cat spayed, she was very affectionate and she would run to greet me when I came home. She used to jump on my lap and rub on me. Now she doesn't do any of that. Why has she changed since the operation?

I have a 5 1/2 year old blue female persian, and her eyes water red constantly. My Maine Coon doesn't do this, and I rarely have to clean gunk from his eyes. What's up with that?

It is as long as my middle finger, and it has no legs. It is also a yellowish color and it looked like it had little legs that are red on it's belly. Did I mention that it looks like a freaking sperm? I have no idea wtf this thing is and it moved really fast and disappeared somewhere in my mom's room. I AM FREAKING OUT. WTF IS THIS THING? And I want to know if it will hurt my kittens?

1. - would you want a boarding facility to require vaccinations for all cats, or not require them for healthy indoor cats?
the cats' rooms are seperate

2. - would you let your cats have access to a large play area or an outdoors enclosed area that other cats have just been in?

I would like a lot of opinions on this, thanks
