My kitten got his 2nd set of shots yesterday, he turned 3 months. the first set of shots he got when he was 9 weeks old. the only change i saw in him the first day he got his shots is that he ate more than usual which was great.

but yesterday, he got his second set of shots and his nails trimmed for the first time. today he seems really slow, and isnt doing much. he ate after he came back from the vet but he didnt eat today, and everytime any one tries to old him, he paniks and meows a lot as if he is crying. he was never like this, he usually comes to everyone and wants to be held. i dont know whats wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She is sitting on my breasts with one arrm wrapped around each side of my neck. She refuses to let go. Everytime I pull her off of me she fights her way back up there.

This is getting annoying, she is 21 and has never done this before.

From the moment they were born, they looked like they werent breathing. In the process of labor she kicked one because I didnt move it out of the way, since I didnt know If i was even allowed to touch it. A few minutes later, after she was almost sitting on it, I moved that kitten to a separate box and waited for them all to be born. After she was done, I carefully put them back with her. They still weren't moving. She ignored the first 2 (that happened to look limp and dead) the third one was larger and more developed (also looked dead)and she paid more attention to it, but it still hasn't cried. None of them have cried or even moved since. How do I know if they're even alive? They look so limp and I can't see their chests rising from breathing. I don't want to assume they're dead and bury them, because they might still be alive. They were born at around 9 last night. Its about 8:30 am and I don't know what to do. Someone please help me, this has been a horrible experience.

However, my mini-blinds always end up destroyed and I have to replace them over and over again. I have two sets of windows in my apartment, so I just want to keep them off the front and center ones. Is there anything safe that I could do to keep them from getting up there?

ps. I already know thats what cats love to do, afterall, I do have 2! :-)

My cat is 21 years old, she is fighting through an illness right now. She is still very active. She runs, jumps, plays and talks. She does not seem like an elderly cat.

I am curious to find out what the average life expectancy of a cat is and how old she is in feline years.

My cat, who is 21, has a urinary tract infection that is being treated. She is now on her 2nd round of antibiotics, the first round did not eliminate the infection.

She was also just diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and has yet to start the medication for that. She needs to be well hydrated before we begin that therapy.

She is receiving fluids subcutaniously twice daily and up until today has been vomiting for three days.

She is also on Pepcid injections once daily.

My question is that she won't let me sleep, she has a strange odor coming from her that smells like a sweaty armpit. She is purring and does not show signs of discomfort.

What could this odor be?

ok, my 6 yr old cat has not been acting herself for about 4 months. in april, she was having seziure type tremors. took her to the vet, they ran tests and everything came back ok. she seemed to get better, but in the last month has been acting oddly. attacking the dogs and her daughter for NO reason. she is loosing weight steadily, and recently started vomiting after eating. does anyone have any ideas as what we can do and what may be causing this. she is and indoor/outdoor cat, but has all her shots and has been wormed. I am very concerned for her health and saftey at this point. oh, she also has been grabbing at our ankles and trying to bite.
