Hello. - In my opinion, you may want to consider taking the cat to your/the local Veterinarian right now.
Have a nice weekend. :)

He can't go 5 days with out water you need to take him to a vet. I would assume the sticky gel is drool. That's not a very good sign. You are going to end up with a dead cat soon.

Sorry to hear your cat is not well. If you cannot afford a vet, you could try calling your local Humane Society - when I lived in a smaller city, they helped me over the phone, to raise 5 abandoned baby kittens. I would try to force-feed (by dropper, etc) the cat some WATER.
I wish you, and your pet the best.

You need to take your kitty to a vet IMMEDIATELY. Not an hour from now, not a day from now......now!
Not eating for a prolongued period is a sign of distress, but not drinking any fluids is an even MORE serious sign that your kitty is very ill.
Please. Take your wee beastie to the vet NOW. It's Saturday here, so I imagine you'll need to either find a clinic that is open weekends, or an emergency vet clinic.
If you love your pet, please go now. You owe it to your kitty not to let it suffer.

Cats will die VERY quickly without food. He needs a vet now if he is not ating. It might just be rotten teeth but a cat that does not eat goes downhill quickly!!!

you need to get your cat to the vet ASAP!! With you cat being 10 years old it may be dying as well but even if that's the case you need to get them to vet and make them as comfortable as possible.

Get that cat to a vet, quick. It probably has something seriously wrong with it, like a digestion blockage or something.

food can be lodged in his or her teeth and creating a abcess this can be very painful and can kill. Also going without water that long can kill do to dehydration .
