My puppy is a very active Pomeranian around six months old. She is eating and drinking alright from what I can gather.

She vomited yesterday mid-morning a few times, then stopped, and she had runny diarrhea. Tonight as I was driving home from work, my mom called and said that her bowl movements had a bit of blood in them.

The stool is very loose and is more of an orange color rather than a blood red. It looks kinda like watered down marinara sauce in that orange color. I know it's not parvo -- had a case of that prior to receiving my puppy and she's had all of her shots. We've also disinfected the house.

We've also been battling tapeworms in her. She's been de-wormed several times, but I feel it's time to de-worm her again.

My question is what should I do? Going to the vet is something that will have to wait until nine in the morning at the earliest. She doesn't seem dehydrated or anything, it's just her diarrhea that's got me worried.

It's been 4 days since he's been groomed. The shivers usually happens at night when he's sleeping, sometimes too when he's awake in the day just sitting around. He's a mini schnauzer, and he's been shaved very close to the skin on his body. I've also noticed some abrasion marks on body near his front legs.

Ok, someone dumped cats outside our house.

We decided to keep them...

Anyway, one of them follows me around the house & is very nice.

We also have another, she is 2 months younger & female. She doesn't sit on your lap for pats & will run away, though, when my door is shut she will lay next to me on my bed and meow for pats.

So do you think she will stop doing this anytime soon, like when she gets older?

I just don't want her to be to shy...

thansks

Is their food too hard? My fish are tiny goldfish, and I am feeding them micro-pellets. But even with fish flakes they also tend to grab, chew, and spit the food out again. Sometimes they grab them, sometimes they just leave the food to float about. I don't overfeed. I've just noticed they always do this.

You can only choose one animal. Why would you choose that one?

Our female Siberian Husky is old. She has always been an outside dog. She will not stay still when I let her in the house. She paces in the house and she will only lay down on the grass outside or in her dog house and a few other places in the yard.

When I let her in from the cold at night she will not lay down anywhere. I don't want to lock her in at night, she has never been an inside dog. I guess I just wish she would get to enjoy some comfort inside in her old age.
We had two dogs but we had to put him down last month. I know she doesn't have her warm buddy to sleep with anymore.

BTW, We live in east county San Diego. It's not usually cold here at all. But it has been the past few weeks.
Do you have any suggestions on what to do here?
I want to make the rest of her life comfortable.

I have five tiny goldfish (i think they are goldfish but they are about 1.5cm long). The two biggest used to be the same size, but now, all the others have caught up with the smaller of the biggest fish, whereas the biggest fish just keeps getting bigger and fatter!!
S/He is about double the size of all the other fish. He also chases the other fish, and hogs the best hiding spots (under the bridge) and seems to be very greedy. Is it cause it is breeding time, or is it just being a bully??? how can you tell if it's a man or woman??
All teh fish seem to be very happy though, and it has not attacked them, just chases them out of his 'zone'.

Anyways any suggestions would be nice.

I have a nine week old puppy and he is doing quite well with potty training during the day. we are trying to crate train him and leave him out during the day when i am home or in the crate if we can't keep an eye on him. i regularly take him out to do his business throughout the day. the difficulty has been he does not do well when i put him back into the crate after he has done his business at night. he cries and cries and does seem to do better if we stay with him a bit until he falls asleep. i know that lingering after putting him in the crate at night does not help. we are not wanting him to sleep in our bed so that option is out. i already am going to try the hot water bottle and ticking clock method tomorrow night. tonight he cried for over an hour! is this normal?? does he have severe separation anxiety? i find myself staying up with him at night for almost 30 min. until he is sleeping in my arms or in the crate. help!! i feel i am encouraging this behavior!

my family is migrating to a new country unless they change their mind. the thing is.i don't want to leave my puppy.. she's only 1 year old. i had her since she was a baby. (2 weaks old,her mother died).i love her soooooo much and we enjoy being together.yeah i know we can bring her but her ticket would be as expensive as mine and my parents disagree on spending that much for a dog. i tried my best to convince them but it was hopeless.just think of it. imagine. ever since she was a baby we were her family.we take care of her, play with her, and we love her.i even sing to her a lullaby with the guitar and she would close her eyes and sleep. she is a very smart dog she understands me and listens to me.she also obeys what i say.and then suddenly when i say goodbye to her one day i know she's thinking "they will be back later" but as time passes and we aren't back yet she would be heart broken thinking we abandoned her.i cant bare the thought of it. pls i'm serious what do i do? =(

My cats have a wierd thing they do. At first it was only my oldest cat. She puts her little mice toys in the water. Mostly at night, but sometimes during the day. Within the last few months though, my younger cat has started doing it too. The toys aren't dirty, I've even washed them to be sure. Its not really a problem, but something really wierd I've never had cats do. I don't think she learned it anywhere else since I've had her since she was really done. Any real thoughts on what causes this?

Okay so i got them a few months ago as a gift, i know not very smart, but they were just born, i know illegal but i kept them and now they are about 3 months old and i just did research on them and they are snappers! I have a 2 year old niece who loves them and I'm afraid they will bite her. I don't want them any more due to that fact. What can I do with them, I don't want to just let them go. I live in central illinois if that helps.

My cat Precious he died November 2005 while we were on a two week cruise. A neighbor was taking care of him. He was found dead on 11/9/05. He was giving my neighbor signs about about not wanting her to leave and she cannot read cat language. He was fixed when he was 6 months. We did not have the money for them to see what he died of. He just turned 5 11/2/06. Is it common for male cats to have UTI?
