I've noticed my 12 week old puppy has white flakes all over his body when i look closely through his fur, it looks like dandruff, is this what is is or is it something else? and any suggestions on how to treat it? Thanks

I have had a cat for 3 months or so and when I got her I was sneezing and has sore eyes. This passed after a week or so and all was ok apart from the odd sneeze. However for the last week Its been terrible and cannot get rid of it. Could there be something else causing this? Could the cat be EXTRA fluffy just now.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

I have deeply been looking into getting a dog . I would love a Pit Bull Terrier , because so many ignorant people think they are horrific and just plain mean , and how they are not at all!.ugh. But my apartment , like many apartments in my city do not allow them . I would love one but I can't basically . So now I am thinking... while yes there are many rescue group where I live , I am now thinking to get a puppy - survivor from Hurricane Katrina . There are still soo many still out there that needs help. This is my question(s) . Does anybody know of some great rescue groups that have pups from Hurricane Katrina , Oh and they will need to ship him to the west coast of USA . Oh and why are some people soo ignorant to Pit Bulls ? And why don't they get that it is alll in the training...... Sorry if I come off angry it just breaks my heart .

i am getting a pet rat (a boy i think) froma shelter on tuesday. right now i have several tanks and a wire cage that were all givin to me... and i want to somehow connect them to give my new rattie a awsome home. i don't have time to build a cage though, and not enough money for that too. and btw.. i can use basically an unlimited amount of pvc pipe, i just don't know how. thanks in advance....

I love my little dog, but I can't sit down without her there, I move her and she comes right back, sometimes it takes 10 times of picking her up and putting her elsewhere. Any clue how to stop this? Don't tell me to put her in a cage...she's never been caged and she's 13 years old.

My dog is 11 months old and I got him neutered when he was six months old. I was under the impression that once he was neutered he wouldn't hump, but he is! It's a constant thing with him! What's even weirder is that he only tries to hump me, even though there are other family members in the house and another dog that is female. Should I be concerned? Does this mean that the vet didn't do the procedure right and that I should contact him? The behavior only started a month ago and I didn't think anything of it, i figured it would just go away, but it's getting more and more frequent. Please shed some light on the situation, thanks!

I HAVE A 20MTH OLD COLLIE WHOM I HAVE HAD SINCE HE WAS A PUPPY.NO MATTER WHAT I DO TRAINING WISE HE BOLTS HIS FOOD LIKE HE'D NEVER BEEN FED FOR WEEKS. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO TRY TO SLOW HIS INTAKE DOWN BUT TO NO AVAIL.THE THING THAT REALLY GETS TO ME IS THAT MY HUSBAND AND I RESCUED ANOTHER COLLIE A FEW MONTHS AGO WHO HAD BEEN STARVED AND SHE DOESN'T BOLT HER FOOD.WE FEED THEM SEPERATELY AND AS SOON AS THEY ARE FINISHED THEY ARE PUT OUTSIDE SO THAT THE OTHER ONE CAN FINISH IN PEACE. I'm in a condo and my neighbors don't pick up their dogs droppings infront of my grassy unit. I'm really not sure if it's them or not; just an assumption. I really want to catch the person in the act so I can tell them to pick it up.

a couple of weeks ago I asked a question about my kitten sometimes sleeping in the litter box. Well, she hasnt done that anymore but today she started playing in there. The box is clean... we change the litter and wipe it clean every sunday or monday. This is really annoying me and im being disgusted by it. I feel like shes dirty now and dont want her going all over the furniture and my kids room after being in there for 10 -20mins or so. What can I do??
