can i feed my tiger oscar or my fire bellied newts?

can i feed my tiger oscar or my fire bellied newts a big blue bottle fly. somebody told me that i can feed one of them flies but i can't remember which one they said would be ok. can anybody help me with this?

Yes definitely, but I would suggest that you don't feed them any flies you catch from outside, unless you know they come from a pesticide-free area.
I buy crickets for my bug-eating animals :)

You can feed them all on flies or any insects, they love them.
