i'm trying to come up with some idea to put on my flyers. i'm starting a pet care mini business... like when people go on vacation i come in and feed, walk, etc their pets. what should i include on the flyer?

I have a 9 Month Chihuahua Mix. We adopted him from the pound and they knew the mom was a Chi but didn't know what the dad was, whatever it was it was also small because our dog is about 4 lbs. He is pretty small height wise but is a little bit larger than a chihuahua. I wanted to give a little bit of background but anyway. The vet told us his weight is fine but to me he looks too skinny. I feed him two cans of Cesar (he won't eat more, I've tried) everyday and throughout the day he eats dry Beneful food (very little). My question is do you all know what kind of food would be good to give him to fatten him up. Not necessarily extra food since he does not like to eat much...but what could I switch him to that is healthy and will make him gain weight. And I guess it wouldn't hurt to know of a recipe or something to help him gain some weight.

im going to be building a freshwater exotic aquarium...im planning on setting it up tonight, and getting the fish tomorrow...what chemicals and things do i need to prepare it with? I have 2 filters, one for under water and the regular waterfall filter...any help at all would be appreciated. thanks!

I live by myself and I would love to have a kitten. I called around some pet stores and shelters and was told that spring time is kitten season. So, I'm seriously looking into it because I'll have the cat for a long time. My big concern is that I have allergies. I don't know if I'm allergic to cats though. I play with my friends cat sometimes and I have no problems, but I don't know about living with one. What breed of cats is good for someone with allergies? I know that there are hypoallergenic dogs. Are there hypoallergenic cats? And please don't tell me to get a hairless cat. They don't appeal to me.

i own 3 pirranahs, about 18 months old, but recently one of them has developed cloudiness in one eye. i think it is blind because it doesn't try to hide like the others when i go near the tank. do u know what it could be and is there a treatment for it ?

He is 18 months old and has not always had this problem. It is in the area beneath his eyes but his eyes do not look as though they weep.

Also it does smell like stale water so I am not sure if it is splashing up there when he is having a drink. It just seems strange to become a problem now rather than him always being like that.

Please tell me you can help as currently my dog is stinky!!

Then there would be a small profile of the owner next to the pet (dogs/cats) and the users, i.e. the owners, could email other users epecially near living ones and talk about lots of things.
Like meeting and going for a walk with their dogs together, or searching somebody who looks after their pet while on holidays...
A friend of mine starts such a site soon(with a strong focus on local communities) and I would like to know what you think of it. Would you use it?

I have this cat someone gave to me. I like the cat, but it claws all my new furniture. I tried those softpaws (glue on claw covers) and as soon as I put them on, the cat continues to bite at them until they are off. I really can't afford a large vet bill. Are they any sort of programs out there that exist, otherwise, what is the average cost for declawing a cat?

IF someone wanted to become a breeder, that's an IF, how would they go about finding out the necissary information and still avoid the accusations of being a BYB wannabe?
I ask because there seems to be a lack of availible websites that are usefull in learning things along the lines of what to do if a puppy get's "stuck" or what normal gestation is and the things involved in the actual act of breeding *mating, gestation, birth, what to do with the pups before they're 6weeks old* There's plenty of information availible on what the qualifications are, but being responsible and having all the vet chacks and stuff is useless when you don't know what a dog should look like when pregnant or how to tell if a puppy "is having problems *not the obvious not breathing type problems, more like a coat not coming in properly*
If the internet fails, and any questions asked are answerd with accusations of irrisponsibility, what's left to do?

Hi! I have two 5 month old kittens already (one spayed female and one un-neutered male.) I am planning on adopting an un-neutered male kitten who is about 8 weeks old. I will be getting my 5 month old (London) neutered on January 15th. If I bring in this new little kitty, do you think that the boy will begin to spray or become hostile towards the new male? Would it be a better idea for me to adopt a female instead? Thanks!!
