I saw a dog the other day - about 3' in height (head) that looked exactly like a small bear; black, short tail, short snout . . .

She seems like an OK breeder because her dogs have got eye certificates and hip certificates but she is selling the Lab puppies at FOUR WEEKS OLD.
She had a litter of 7 puppies and now only has 1 cream female and a chocolate female on hold for someone, all the other puppies have been SOLD!

I feel as though I should say something to her but I don't know what to say. Why would she sell purebred, "healthy" Labrador puppies at FOUR WEEKS OLD if there is nothing wrong with them?
What do you think?
I was considering buying one but at FOUR WEEKS, I can't bear to take such small, young puppies away from their mum.

I'm suspicious because I got young Tonkinese kittens from my mums friend who breeds them. I got them for free but it turns out the first kitten had conjunctivitis and the second girl has a flu which I've now paid over $500 vet bills, worming, flea treatment, medication, micro-chipping for both kittens.

What should I do about these young puppies?

If anyone has any experience with this, I'd really appericate any input. The cat has claws and is outdoors sometimes. She's very well behaved indoors though. I'm not sure how she'll do with a ferret in the house. Is a ferret "prey" in a cat's eyes?

I have a 2 year old male Red nose Pit and I am trying to find out if they are prone to kidney problems.
My Dog is having coat problems skin problems and is peeing and pooping some blood.
I can not get him to the vet until Monday and am just trying to find some info online for now.
Thank you.

We just got a new puppy he is a border collie/lab mix 8wks old. A few questions. When do we need to get his first shots? He still has his dew claws, when to take them out? Finally, is this dog going to be BIG in your opinion (his paws are very small with small legs)

The puppy try to nurse chews baby's toes off{bitting on the nipple will get the milk going in momma dog.} The two people hear nothing, remenber they are in the same room. Puppy gets put to sleep. Is this right, shouldn't the people be punish and both the dog and baby removed to some where better?

I got my 2 kitty's (7 1/2 mths old) fixed and declawed thurs. I picked them up from the vet today,(sat) They are both having alot of pain walking. The 1 cat has had some diareah and throwing up and he has hid under the couch all day and don't wanna come out.(not like him) I'm worried. Is this normal? Do you think he just wants to be alone cuz he don't feel good? Thanks!

I have two and I love them. But I get a lot of dirty looks and bad comments. Don't I have the same rights as other people walking their dogs. They are on leash and under control. I can say that they are harmless and I can walk them off leash but how many of you will believe me.

A couple Weeks ago My Weather Loach took ill.

I used Malafix as he was often on his side on the bottom of the tank.

after a week hes no longer on his side BUT, Now his long body is twisted.
He can still swim but not as graceful.

What do you think this could be and do you think there will be any long term effects on his growth and development.

My dog follows me around everywhere. No matter where I go in the house he follows. It is as if he feels I always have to be in his sight so I don't leave him. I know the stay command will help with this but what else can I do to help my clingy dog?

My bearded dragon is on his branch under the basking light with his mouth open. Does that mean hes too hot? If so please answer quickly! Also i have a couple other questions!

1. I accidentally gave the bearded dragon a piece of apple that was a little too big. I carefully kept his mouth open and grabbed the apple, as i was pulling it out, he jumped for the apple and bit me. I didnt hold it against him, he was hungry, But he did get a good piece of my thumb off. It isnt bleeding no more so it didnt hit an artery, but should i be worried about any diseases or illnesses?

2. When a bearded dragon puffs up his beard while sleeping calmy, does that mean he is having a dream and chasing prey?

3. When a beardie puffs up his face but not turn black, does that mean your aggravating him?

Does this really have to go on for 4 weeks??? She gets meds only once a week for 4 weeks. She is confined in her crate and is just miserable which makes everyone else miserable with her crying. So she is "contagious" for the whole entire 4 weeks or more!?!?!?! Anyone want a very cute puppy with mange? My vet thinks she got it from our breeder we bought her from a few weeks ago. I called him and he said no he has never had this problem... of course he is going to say that!
