THAT'S JUST NORMAL. TRY TO FIND A WAY TO DEAL WITH IT. PUT DOG OUTSIDE OR IN ANOTHER ROOM WHEN YOU VACUUM.

Yes and No. I have 2 Siberian Huskies. One is deathly afraid of the vacuum and will run from it the minute I bring it out of the closet, before I even turn it on. My other husky loves to spread out on the carpet and nap, and is not the least bit bothered by the vacuum. I have to vacuum around her because she refuses to budge. I can nudge her with the vacuum (while it is running) and after 3-4 nudges, she will (very slowly) finally move.

Yep. Well, not tries to kill it but she bounds back and forth and goes crazy barking. Dogs have very sensitive ears so I'm assuming the noise is annoying to them.

My three do not really pay much attention to the thing. They do not care unless you puch it at them and act like you are chasing them with it, then they run about and get excited and try to chase you.
My mom has a dog who loves the vaccum and wnats you to run it on her back.

We had a dog like that, she was afraid of it (my fault, I used to tease her with it). She'd go psycho as soon as it was turned on. My mom had to put her in another room before she vacuumed!

She's scared of it, so she attacks.

WARNING! Links from man contain virus. ******.com contains virus. My 4 month old Bichonpoo wants to be held when my aide vacuums. She is terrified of the vacuum. I don't know what it is about the vacuum.
