Urine Gone. With having a new puppy I had to find something that worked well for accidents and this doesn't hide the urine like other products, it actually removes it all the way through the padding by breaking up and dissolving the urine itself.

I used to work for a pet store a long time ago and Natures Miracle is the best; it has enzymes which actually dissolve the urine and the odor.

Nature's Miracle. You can get it at any pet store and it works great. When my dog had puppies it even got the after-birth out of the carpet after it was dry and set in.

Just like "athomealone"(sorry if I'm wrong on the name...) said: vinegar. I've not tried it yet myself, but I do know someone that suggested mixing vinegar and water (she has off-white carpet and a non-potty-trained puppy). I haven't seen/smelt anything that proves this wrong. Also, this might be cheaper than the average store-brand "Pee-B-Gone." Good luck... and there's ALWAYS the chance/problem of the pet smelling the pee and re-using that spot. Vinegar should be a safe fix on the "problem" for you and your pet.

you can use baking soda for it. you can sprinkle some on and let it set to try to absorb it and then vacuum it up. you can make a paste and scrub your carpet. you can also try vinegar and scrub. also you can make a baking soda paste scrub the carpet and then add some vinegar over the area you just scrubbed with the baking soda and it will bubble and then soak up the excess and scrub a gain with water to get the rest of it up....but if you have a pet in the house do not use vinegar or ammonia. it will leave a pee smell that the pet will notice and continue to pee in that spot.

There's a cleaner called "Get Serious" that's available at pet stores, it gets out stains, odors, and even pet hair. Works on everything! It can also be heated in the microwave to really loosen old stains.
Good luck!
