This is assuming your cat likes it, too. I want to find a cat litter that forms clumps upon urination, that is also very good at absorbing odors for a fair price...

Would you say pugs are more of a hyper breed? or more mellow? How do they react with their owner vs. strangers?

I recently made an appointment to get my cat declawed. My cat is my baby and I love her to death. I decided to get her declawed because she has a nasty little habbit of clawing couches, carpet, chairs, you name it. I'm buring new couches to replace the old ones and I want them to last. She's torn the carpet off he floor in some places and ever clawed holes in a leather couch. I am feeling really bad about doing it now, her appointment is in two weeks. Is there a possibility that she could be either depressed or angry about it for a long time? I know my cat is not a person, I just don't want this to effect the rest of our owner-pet relationship.

Before I ask, I will say- Yes, I know border collies need a lot of exercise. And YES, I give him plenty. I wanted a border collie for two reasons- they are very intelligent and very active, I needed a dog that would keep me active. I take him with me when I go running every day- we run for about 30 min and walk for about 20, then take a long water break, and throw a ball for about 15 min.

Ok, so my question- my border collie, Rocko, is about 6 months old. I take him with me to PetSmart about once a week so he can socialize with other dogs and people: he is no longer shy with new people, although he gets VERY excited around other dogs. He doesn't bark, but tries to run to the other dogs to play and will start whining when I hold him back. I can get him to sit down after a few commands, but it does take repetition. He is very good with other dogs, very friendly... IF another dog begins to get territorial and start to growl, he backs away. Will he become more responsive with practice?

We recently got a Shipoo puppy and when it's just family at home she's fine. But when friends or people she's not familiar with come over she barks at them. Sometimes she'll sniff them a little but then bark. I don't think it's aggressive, but sometimes if they try to pet her and she don't like it she acts like she might bite them. Any solutions to stop her from barking?

I might get one soon. But I was wondering if they can be tame, like keep them on your sholder or your finger. Are they noisy? Do they get sick easily? Please tell me as much as you know about them

I have a 9 week old kitten.
She tends to sneeze often, I have taken her to the vets and they seem to think shes ok (not got the flu)
Was suggested it could be irritation
What could be causing her irritation

Also
Farts, She seems to fart often and proper sticks. might be toilet humour to some people but im concerned that she may have have a problem.
It may well also be normal for kittens getting used to solid foods etc.

Any sugestions also to stopping a kitten clawing you and the settie
(America allows declawing, I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS AND IT IS ILLEGAL IN ENGLAND SO PLEASE DONT POST THIS)

The dog already knows "sit" and "lay down". But doesn't always obey. He bolts out the door and we can't get him back into our house without showing him his treats. I've only had the dog two days.

ok i just got back from sleeping over at my friends house i slept over on the weekend. i came back home with a million bites all over me. when i told my friend and her mom they just said its probablly just a reaction to a new laundry soap they are using BUT i know they r bites. my mom got pissed off when she found out. we both knew they were flea bites. PLUS my friend has a cat they picked off the street and is constantly runninng away and going outside and back in the house. my friend also has 8 pets. so there is bound the fleas r from one of them. but i it my place to tell them they have fleas? i cant just tell her she should get rid of the cat, but my parents are not going to allow me back over for a long time till theyre gone. the bits itch, and are EVERYWHERE. and no its not chicken pocks. my friends mom even thought she saw something on the cat b4. so i dont know the nicest way to tell her. also, could they be in my hair and carry to my house???? oh i hope not PLEASE HELP ME??!

which is normally fine, because she is a little bichon of 14 pounds, and she's usually really comfy. Now I am 5 months pregnant, and it's getting uncomfortable to sleep as it is. Her brother has his own bed (and not willing to share). How can I get her to at least sleep at the end of the bed? I hate pushing her away all the time.

My boyfriend/fiance/practically my husband just hates dogs because he thinks they are dumb and smell bad. I work with lots of dogs that are intelligent and don't smell bad at all. My man is difficult but I know he'll love one if we got one! Any suggestions? grazie!

We have a rabbit that lives in our yard and our neighbors...it seems to be a pet that got loose but noone is missing a rabbit. It lets us get kind of close, about 10 ft. away but we can't think of a way to catch it...although our neighbors do have a trap whatever we put in it doesn't seem to work. (lettuce, tomato, croutans...hahahaha) and (bread, peanut butter and honey.)
