, everytime i move she does this? how can i calm her down? and why does she do it? keeps me up all night. meowing rightin my ears...walking on me, everything to keep me awake..HELP!!

she'll pick her stuff toy up by her mouth carefully, set it next to her, and start licking it like its a puppy. if someone picks it up she gets this nervous look in her eyes. is it normal for female dogs to act like their stuffed toy is their puppy? should i let her continue thinking its her puppy?

He's an indoor cat so he gets less exercise but seems a good weight.

My dog was playing w/ mycat, and then she yelped! I looked at her after, and she had a white mark on her eye! I think the cat scratched her on the eye. Luckily the scratch looks like it isn't on the pupile. And she isn't acting like she is in pain. She is sleeping right now! I am going to take her to the vet tomorrow! Do you think the vet will just give her eye drops? I don't want her to loose her eye!!!!!1

The vet has him on Hill's K/D canned food. He is also on a phos. binder for a few more days. The problem is that my cat is not wild about the K/D. I've put a litle bit of the water that tuna is packed in on his food (but NOT the tuna itself!) He loves the tuna juice! Does anyone know of anything that I can put on his food or mix with it to make him want to eat it, but will not increase the level of phos. or protein? Also, what (if any) homeopathic remedies can I try to help him in anyway?

My pet rat has mites and I don't want to use anything toxic on her ...
Anybody out there know what else I can do before they eat her alive?
She also has a knot right behind her right front leg ...Any ideas about that ..She is only 2 years old and well taken car of ..She got the damn mites from the beading we bought at the pet store! Too bad you can't hold them liable.....

When I first got him 6mo ago. my 120# mixed bread attacked him
and broke his jaw not intentionally he just played to rough so I gave my big dog to my son to take care of. Now my jack russell has really bad breath and i don't know if the surg had anything to do with it or not. Does anyone know of any remidies for bad breath. I already tried the chew bones,green chews, I tried to see in his mouth but he has a crooked jaw ( just a little,and enough to be cute) but he is so afraid of anyone tryng to mess with his jaw,I'm afraid the only way to find out if there is a tooth rotting or bone fragmant or something else is to take him to the vet and incurr a really large vet bill just to see so I thought maybe my yahoo friends may have some ideas to try first.

Ok my pregnant dachshund is officially 51 days into her pregnancy, but unofficially she might be 58 days into her pregnancy (the breeder said she saw them for the 1st time on the official date, but we had had the dog w/ the male dog for a week already).

About 3 weeks ago my dog started producing milk. now her milk bags are dragging the ground. Today for the first time milk is starting to come out out of four of her nipples. This is her first pregnancy. I've done research on this, but I couldn't find a website, book, etc. on this subject. Please don't tell me that i'm not prepared, not ready, etc.

I have a neutered, 7 month old, healthy, well-behaved cat, with one very big vice. I moved in with my parents recently, and he pees in their bed. The door to my room is always open and he has never peed in my bed, but once every couple of weeks when their door is left open by accident, he goes in and pees on their bed. He even did it once when my mom was in it! And last week he pooped (but we think he ate something funny that day b/c he didn't seem to feel well either). He still uses both of his litter boxes on a daily basis (and they are cleaned daily, changed weekly), and he KNOWS he isn't supposed to be doing this. He gets in big trouble, lots of yelling and stomping and scaring and spraying with water, and he gets put in a bathroom for a couple of hours. We wash the sheets in hot water and treat the spot with vinegar and febreeze. But, he keeps coming back. Any ideas why or how to stop him? This is not a problem with his litter box and he gets plenty of attention.

i was in my room when all of a sudden my dog jumped of my bed and started licking my door fram so i went to see what she was licking. it was a bug!! i'm not sure what it was but it was meduim sized black bug that kinda looked like a beetle.and when i looked back up my dog had some nasty slime in her mouth that she continued licking off of her face!!
could it have been posinous????
please help, im so scared shes gonna get sick!!

I have a dwarf gourami, he was about 2 1/2 inches, and I had him for a month. We dont have anything in the tank small enough for him to get into, and I have moved around all of the stuff in the tank to search for him. He has just disappeared! I checked all around the tank and he is not on the floor! We dont have anything aggressive in the tank (rubberlipped pleco, couple of rainbow sharks, dojo loach, frog, mollies, tetra) that could have eaten him. What could have happened? Has anyone else heard of these fish jumping out of the tank?

No traces of eaten fish in the tank either! What happened?
