I have an almost 2 yr old black lab, border collie, golden retriever mix who thinks she's a goat. She eats whatever she can get her hands on: towels, socks & underwear (clean or dirty & swallows them whole), coasters, glasses. . . you name it, she's tried to eat it. We've been to obience class and she knows "leave it" but still tries to eat everything in sight and ends up coming out one end or the other.

I once had two pet hens and they were in the house one day when I fed the dogs, one of the chickens stole a piece of cooked chicken from one of the dogs bowls and ran away with it before eating it. Is that very wrong or just slightly wrong?

I got a spayed cat (app. 3 yrs) from the pet shelter 3 weeks ago. Right after I had taken her home, I found another cat which had been hit by a car. That one needed a lot of treatment and stayed for 2 weeks at the vet. She's app. 8 yrs, not spayed yet, blind on one eye and has a problem with her ears and jaw. Due to her condition and the fact that she is not a pretty cat, I couldn't find anyone who wanted her. I do want to take care of her, but I am afraid the two of them won't get along as the cat that is already in my house is kind of aggressive (probably due to the time she had spent at the pet shelter). Does anyone know how to make them get along?

I'm trying to get my dog to balance a treat on his nose, then flip it in the air to catch it. He will balance the treat, but then tilts his head down so it falls off. How do I get him to flip his head back so the treat goes in the air for him to catch??
Thanks.

I have an 18 month old silver black tabby called Charly who doesn't like it but Frodo the 10 week old little short haired black and white loves the stuff - he bounces off the walls (literally) because he runs around like he has a banshee up his bum and runs into things... (doesnt hurt himself)

His eyes go really wide and you can see it build up inside him like winding up a toy then BOING like someone flicked a switch he's off on one darting around everywhere.

yesterday my bunny just sat there doing nothing, and an hour ago he was just sitting. now he's running around his cage and he keeps playing with all his toys, and hopping upwards like a nervous twitch. whats wrong? Is he seeing things? or practicing his hopping/running? I just got him from a pet shop, I don't know how old he is, at least 5 months I'd say.

Among many other things, when I'm in bed my cat 'claws' any area of exposed skin to force me to lift the duvet up, she then walks inside and 'claws' me again to make me lift both my knees up and so create a 'tent', she then happily snuggles down and goes to sleep.
