I got her from the pound last week and took her to the vet to find out that she has heartworms, that I am getting treated in a couple of weeks. Any idea what the throw up could be?

i just bought a dwarf african frog, but as a veggie, i shudder at the thought of feeding him the cubes 'o' frozen blood worm.

is there anything i could feed him instead? i mean, i can suck it up if need be, but if there's any alternative, it'd be awesome!

oh, and: is there anywhere online that i can get some good info on the dwarf african frog? i'm fairly new to this whole amphibian thing...

I am worried about his health. I know see a Vet. But this is my hubbys "puppy" and he does not want me to do anything, The question is he is at least 10 years old. We adopted him as an adult, but the last few months, we can not keep weight on him. He is getting really skinny,(not worms) And he won't eat like he used to. He is not in pain or anything, but I think the end is near. I do not want to talk to my hubby unless I know we have to put him to sleep. It will bring tears to the whole family.(i am crying just asking the question) But what do you think? We love him very much and do not want to see him go, but want what is best.

There's this guy who's at least 30 years old and I'm 13. He read my profile and emailed me because I said, "I like Pit Bulls." He's trying to prove to me that Pit Bulls are bad. I will never in my entire life believe that because I have one! He says he doesn't care yet he's trying to convince me that Pit Bulls are bad. Doesn't make sense. He emailed me, then I kindly told him that God doesn't want us to hate what He created, but now he things I've judged him! Remember, he's 30 years old arguing with me, a 13 year old! Even though, I'm young I can certainly tell that he's not exactly mature for his age.

One of my gold fish recently died and the other one just looks lonly i was wondering if it would be safe to add another gold fish to the tank witout it getten eaten or anything bad happening etc etc.

They were just normal gold fish and the tank is around 6 litres.

I just got my first puppy ever sunday and today she keeps trying to bite me when i play with her! She wasn't doing this before and it's just me she isn't biting hard but i didn't leave my hand there long enough for her to really get me. I pull my hand away and give her a swift pat on the butt but she only plays more then.

Is it supposed to be therapeutic or something, I don't get it. Wouldn't a framed picture do the same thing? And don't even get me started on the crazy loons that have their dead pets stuffed or freeze dried!
