I have a nearly 2 year old male boxer who seems to be stuck at about 65 pounds. He was not the runt of the litter, and both his mom and dad are huge. I make sure he always has food in his bowl but it just doesnt seem to matter. Any tips on bulking him up?

The cockatile babies are a week old. They started out with cute little chirps. I thought a snake was in thier room HISSING at them. two days ago. Scared ME. Come to find out its the Babies Making that awful sound. like a crowd cheering in a distance or hissing. Is this normal. Creepy to me. Cant wait for them to chirp again.

I have a 45 gallon tank. The people we bought it off of gave us the fish that were in it too. 2 Angelfish and 2 Rasboras. Well we wanted more so we went and got 5 Danios, a Betta and 2 Pictus Catfish. This morning my fiance wakes up to feed the fish and one Rasbora is dead(the lady we got them from told us they were old) And our Betta's fins were shreaded. I think it was the Angelfish, they are big. I have seen on some websites that Bettas and Angelfish are compatable. Was it the angelfish? Also can anyone give me a link to website that is accurate? I don't want to make a mistake like this again. And do you think my Betta will recover?

Are they naturally aggressive or is that that they are the preferred pet of aggressive owners, who mistreat the dogs and make them fearful and angry?

I just wanted to know how many people have seen an orange and white tabby female cat. 95% of the orange and white cats are male. I have had four orange and white cats all of them were male. I had never seen a female orange and white cat and have always heard that the orange and white cats are male so when I got Toby I just assumed that she was a male cat and never looked to see anything different but when I took her to have her fixed I found out she was female and boy I was really surprised. The vet tried to talk me out of having her fixed. He said she was just rare.

not acting right?
i have a approx. 5 month old kitten (i think he's older because of his size). when i get up in the morning he's usually running around changing me and other things non-stop. This morning all he wanted to do was hid behind the couch, wouldnt even touch his food which he's usually so excited to get in the morning. He was eating and playing a little bit yesterday but not as much as normal...i had a bad experience with a kitten i got before him, and im worried there is something wrong...should i just keep an eye for another day...or can someone tell me what might be wrong with him?

we've been having an ant problem with his food...think maybe he ate some ants and is a little sick, ive also noticed he hasnt pooped much at all

he is drinking and eating, just not as much as usual...im thinking he might be constipated?
please let me know if you have any questions to help you answer mine, im desperate!

They seemed to become more popular after kids started getting attacked. 'TOUGH' types seem to own them now. Dont they read or hear about kids getting attacked? What are they on? (im sure some of these dogs are well natured)

ok, i was walking in petco, and i dont think i read it correctly but i think i saw a bottle of rodent shampoo, it was the wierdest thing, also i couldnt imagine giving my tiny dwarf shampoo, my parents didnt believe me, so im starting to question if it is a real product, if it is real, if i used it om my rat, how would i do it?and will it make him smell better?how can i make him smell better?question 2 is: one of the 2 rats has red pyrophin, i cant spell it, anyway, its been almost runney like blood, he snezes and it shoots out, looks like blood on cloth, but i know its not, i changed his cage and i want to know how much better i can expet him to be now that his cage is nice and clean, its a fishtank, 10g with a wierd cage thing on top, to make sure i got it cleaned, i washed it down, then rinsed it with the hose with a presure nozle, blasted any soap or debris away, squeaky clean, and almost knocked the paint off the cage part. so how much better will he be now that the cage is clean?

If you don't know facts please don't confuse me by giving your oppinion.
My child just started kindergarden this year and has contracted headlice which is very common. She has been treated and gotten rid of the little critters but we have cats in the house and I was wondering if the lice can live on them? I don't want to get my child reinfested.

Hey guys,

I own a Black labrador anyway...She is Starting to get smelly...Generally We hire a dogwash franchise to come over and wash/dry her in a specifically suited out trailer. Eg..Warm water, Blowdryer. Anyway The local dogwash Service came to an end.

The question being... If I were to wash the dog myself and not blow dry her. With temps outside of 6 Degree's C, will she cope? or get cold? what are dog's resistances to temperature varyations when wet??

Just curious as I dont want her to freeze
