Hello,
I have a friend who has baby cockatiles. She said it is possible they want attention. Try to hold them and cuddle. They may also be hungry. Also they may be cold.
If this doesn't help she recommends calling a bird store and asking.
This is normal for babies.
Best of luck
God bless

that sounds to me like a feeding call.. Their way of asking to be fed. You say they are a week old.. are they being parant fed or handfed? if they are being handfed and you are not sure if this call is a feeding call you might check their crops to see if they are mostly empty and if they are its time to feed.

if the babies are a week old, their eyes aren't open yet, what you hear is a feeding responce...what ever they hear, they think they are gonna get fed, weather its you or the parents....If your gonna let the parents feed them, do handle them, otherwise they will be nasty....don't worry, the noise is natural...
