my dog pees all over the compound. I hope its not too late to train him to stop the habit.

Housebreaking in reference to pets means that the pets have been trained to relieve themselves outside. It also means they have been trained inside the house to stay off furniture, don't jump on guests, and in general are well behaved.

Housebreaking is a term used for having your pets stay indoors but go outside to use the facilities. When they no longer go to the bathroom all over your house and prefer to stand at the door to go out and do their business .... that a housebroken animal.

housebreaking means to teach them how NOT to pee all over the place. One thing you could try is taking your dog outside till he/she goes to the bathroom and then give him/her A LOT of praise and even a treat that way the dog learns that if it goes to the bathroom outside, you will be happy.

Train them to use the litter tray/ go in the garden so they dont c rap all round ur house. so Housebroken is a good thing!

Breaking them of the habit of using the bathroom inside the house. take them out frequently and as soon as the relieve themselves give them praise and possibly a treat and bring them in a.s.a.p.
